Allora was amazing, she was very attentive, courteous and friendly. She went as far as stopping me on the way out to ensure that the representative she passed me off to, (that was more knowledgeable on Jerseys) was able to get me taken care of… And when I told her no, that the jersey isn’t available in my size, she took down my name and number so she could consult with someone that could possibly help me. Truly excellent customer service, a gem to find now days.
A.J. in the bedding department is amazing. I needed to do a return and I asked where the customer service desk was. When he said he could help me here ( That was awesome, because I can’t walk to far ) A.J. didn’t know that I couldn’t though. For some reason, I get anxiety during getting rang up or doing a return. A.J. was so calm and relaxed and I can’t thank him enough for his excellent customer service with me. This made my shopping experience so much smoother for me.
We have a Gala fundraiser coming up this weekend and I needed some dress clothes. Macy’s was the place and by far the best price. I would have given 5 stars if they had the coat to match but hopefully I can find it online somewhere.
