a month agoI have a membership and pay for the platinum interior. The last few times, the interior has looked really bad. I’d asked them to redo, but I’m usually pressed for time. Sad, this place used to be the best.
UPDATE: Went back for another wash and shared my experience with the team member who takes payment. They apologized for the experience, covered the wash, and ensured the interior was taken care of to expectations.
11 months agoI have a membership in the unlimited club. I keep my car pretty clean overall. It didn’t need any vacuuming at all. I paid extra for them to wipe down the inside (dash, console, seats, etc) As you can see, that wasn’t done. I paid extra literally for minor window cleaning. I wound up taking it back and still all they did was wipe the dash. I give up.4 months agoThe front and sides of our truck look amazing. The wash did not touch the back end, tailgate, etc. Should have been a full wash for $20. The wait to pay took too long when 2 ladies were standing and talking and doing not much else.4 months agoGot the $40 package and tipped. Sat in the car and immediately noticed that the interior wasn’t vacuumed hardly at all and the center console wasn’t cleaned at all. Had to ask a random team member for help because the person who handed me the car walked away before I could even make eye contact. Definitely don’t recommend spending your hard earned money here.9 months agoDo you want your new car damaged by #Mister Car Wash? I didn’t, but if you do just take it to their Buffalo Gap Road location in Abilene TX ! They won’t believe you when you tell/show them the damage and they will ignore your emails and phone calls just to wait you out ! They have insurance for these occurrences but I guess they don’t want their location to have any claims. I have been told repeatedly that someone will call me within 2-3 business days or 24-48 hours and I’ve heard nothing!

2 months agoGetting the monthly premium wash is worth it! You can go everyday or every 2 minutes to wash your car for just $20! The customer service here is stellar! They have multiple locations in Abilene as well as other cities. 10/10 recommend.a week agoI ended up not using the wash because my car sits really low and I was afraid of damage but I called first and talked to the assistant manager here and he was really helpful and informative. Next time I come back I’ll bring my truck and run it through there.a month agoWe love this location, the staff are always on point if we need anything. The wash is good and the vacuums always work here. It’s a little bit away from the city so it helps on the weekend or busy days.3 months agoI had to go through twice due to the bugs that had not been removed the first time around.
Brandon went above and beyond by going in and personally pressure washing the bugs off and then came to the vacuum section with his rag and spray to help clean and dry the front of my car to make sure all bugs had been removed.
Mister Car Wash needs more employees like Brandon!2 months agoPretty much the best $20 spent each month. The only thing missing is towels at the end.

So my wife when to this car wash telling me how good it was , why did I listen to my wife🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️. I when to this place and it was the worst idea of me going there. I sign up for membership and even if I don’t go for a month my credit card is still been charge which I find ridiculous, how ever with all that said I cancel my service. Before I cancel I asked for an under carriage wash to my surprise I didn’t even like it when I came out the wash it wasn’t clean as I wanted it to. Why don’t these car wash wash your tires and under the fenders what is the sense or irony in that. I
Would never go to a car wash ever again
I went thru yesterday for the 1st time ever. I forgot to take my magnetic signs off the side doors when I entered. I guess they came off. I have attempted to call them asking if they found them but no one answered the phone. I left my number. This happened Thursday evening in Abilene Tx located on Buffalo Gap road. The wash was beautiful and my car wash very clean.
First time here. Was in a car that wasn’t mine…was real nervous about going through the car wash. Wasn’t sure about any of it…I stated “I’ve not ever been here and it’s not my car” and “that I’m not sure what I want or need….wasn’t heard I guess .
I have no idea what I paid for or if I got what I paid for.
And just a side note:
the front bumper was in the back seat
My opinion…something should had been said about not having a full front bumper…and would not be responsible for any damage.
I was so worried about being there I wasn’t thinking about the bumper. I knew there was a bumper in the back seat. I never thought to look at the front of the car.
Bad form! I drove up to car wash payment machine with my $10 off coupon and the attendant scanned it. He selected the $20, premium car wash and the balance due showed $10, which should have been correct. Somehow, after I drove off into the carwash, my purchase was changed to the FULL $20 charge and that’s what shows up on my statement this morning. Not good!
