3 weeks agoLove KFC…this particular one is anything but competent when it comes to getting the food to the customer. Ordered online and the doors were locked upon arrival. Waited in the car until we reasonably concluded they gave our food to the car next to us. 45 min waiting the parking lot to get food…unacceptable. There has to be a better way!2 months ago1. Couldn’t hear the person taking the order – she said they’re having problems with the speaker 2. I specifically requested and extra biscuit with the order and paid extra to get it. I had to wait because they were making fresh biscuits. When I finally got my order and went home, the additional biscuit was NOT in the bag!!!! How hard is it to get a single meal order right?3 months agoThey LITERALLY forgot about us. It took 5 mins at the other board before someone responded. We ordered then was told to pull forward. We did. And waited….. Finally a lady came out and asked why we were sitting there. I was like seriously we ordered. She went back in. About another 10 mins later a last came to the car but with the order for a car that order way after me. Lots more time passes and we finally get the food. While the food was amazing it was a waste of time and money.a month agoShowed up at 9:40 PM, they had already closed up shop. Couldn’t hear what the speaker was saying so I pulled forward to see if they wanna meet to come to the window. The girl walks up looks at me locks the window and walks away. This is after I drove to the close location on Fillmore and it wasn’t supposed to be closed according to Google. Apparently nobody wants to work anymore. Maybe this location and should be closed too4 months agoI must say.. stopped by there for a 4pc meal yesterday, late afternoon.. Chicken was extremely dry like it had been cooked much earlier in the day. I took a few bites.. Consumed the sides, and tossed the rest.. I’ll try another location next time. Disappointed for sure.

3 weeks agoDon’t come here. It was an empty drive through and I thought I could actually eat on my 30 min lunch being 4 minutes away; no. I ordered my food and then found out I was waiting in a long line because they have everyone wait for their food in front of the building. It took them 15 minutes to get me my meal and will forgot silverware.I had reviewed them 10 months ago and haven’t learned my lesson: “They’ll forget your utensils every time you get a famous bowl. Just remember to remind them…”
a week agoWaited for 15 minutes in the drive through for chicken breasts. Went inside heat to find out they forgot my order totally. Kitchen floor was filthy covered with dirty Napkins and bags and trash cans over flowing. This was all visible from the drive through window. Place is a health hazard2 weeks agoWe just spent $40 for two meals and they couldn’t even get that right we are the 3-piece Chicken box two breasts and a wing and apparently they don’t seem to know what that is because they gave us two legs and a sigh. I also ordered their nuggets which were over cooked and I can’t even really eat them. I will never order from this place again it’s ridiculous they are way too expensive for the quality of food they provide. I would give 0 Stars if I could.a month agoReally employees queen quick service what more can you ask for?a year agoOrdered dinner this evening. This is what we recieved. I called the manager and she said don’t know what you are talking about, there is no grease around here. Must be condensation from the lid. Does this look like condensation? She refused to do anything about it. Horrible food and even worse customer service!!!

Brand new building and she beautiful, parking lot is clean and nice. Lots of staff on hand including who I believe is the owner. Nice to see that. KFC has some of the best chicken. I do miss the grilled chicken, but this fried is so tasty. Keep up the nice positive attitudes guys.
I was really wanting wings but didn’t have time to go sit down somewhere and remembered that KFC had some wings. I had never had them before so I thought I would give them a shot.
I went through the drive through and was told there would be a wait and to park around front. I waited at least 15 minutes for my food which is crazy because there weren’t any people inside and only a few cars went through the drive through.
I got my wings and they were very heavily breaded and extremely greasy. The grease was pooling on the bottom of the container. I ate a few but they weren’t worth eating and I didn’t eat the rest of them.
Very disappointing and I won’t be going back.
The only place you’ll ever get hand battered, and hand made food in town. The employees are incredibly professional, and friendly. I enjoyed my experience.
I have not been to this specific store as long as I lived in Colorado Springs (2011). The food was great, the service was fast, and employees were warm and welcoming. Thank you for the great meal.
We were shorted a mashed potatoes with gravy and the two we did receive were so dry that the gravy was basically chunky. Usually dipping the biscuit in the mashed potatoes helps with the potential dry-ness of it and it just made it worse. The chicken little’s were dry even though they had mayo. You could definitely tell it was old chicken. There are about four drink options when ordering on the app and the Pepsi I received was disgustingly flat so it was tossed out. The spicy chicken wings we ordered were also old tasting.
I am honestly so annoyed that we spent $50 for literally over half the order to be inedible.
