a month agoI paid $60 for a hand wash outside only. It took 1 hour. For this price and amount of time I expect a great wash and attention to detail.
Wheel wells were not cleaned, soap marks left around, and scuffs I assume they circled to rub out were left behind along with the pen marks. I wasn’t expecting to be there so long and needed to get back to work or I wouldn’t have left with my car looking like this.
I would not return or recommend this place to anyone with a higher end car.

My car is always sparkling!2 months agoEh.. first time I allowed anyone to wash this car after 2yrs of ownership. A reminder why I do it myself lol. They have too many people on one car & things get missed working over each other. Id’ suggest to be careful when driving at first, tires have no grip from detailing area. It’s fast food service but very nice people and wishing them the best.7 months agoI paid $74 (exterior wash + interior detail) for this. I will say I had a parking violation sticker stuck on my window + some dried candle wax stuck in a door handle pocket that they both removed which I’m very grateful for but paying $74 to have ALL of this remaining has me questioning what else they even did. What is the point of paying for a service if this is how it comes out? The last 2 pictures show all the grime on the outside of my car and how me wiping it with just my spit made it come off. Now I have to deal with the confrontation of coming back to complain which always makes me feel super bad. I won’t be a repeat customer because I hate having to deal with this.

They never acknowledged that most of my car didn’t look like it had been cleaned, and I got a *partial* refund after strongly insisting that I would not accept a “redo” from them. If you don’t stick up for yourself and in all honesty, come off as a Karen, you end up paying $74 for a spit wash. It’s emotionally exhausting and a total vibe killer. Never again.a week agoThis is a nice place, fast cleaning, but the service could be better. I am a monthly member in a $65 dollars bundle, and always is something not done in the car, like not drying it well in the end and stay with water stains, or still have dirty in the corner of the windows, or even fail in vacuuming the trunk and cleaning inside doors. I just wish this was better, cuz every time I go it’s never 100%.

6 months agoDeeply disappointed, dropped my car off on New Year’s Eve for managers special (hand wash and wax+ interior super cleaning). When I pick up my car, many spots around the car had wax that wasn’t buffed off, the car front was still dirty with bugs that were not removed, which is unacceptable on a wax job seeing that surface of the paint has to be clean to be waxed.
also a 2 inch scratch on top of the door handle that most likely was caused by drying the car with a dirty towel or buffing with a dirty towel.
The in the interior clean had nothing super about it, the seats were still dirty and the steering wheel was dirty/oily, it seems to me that the only thing done to in the interior was vacuuming ( which was well done) and a quick towel to the doors and dash.a month agoThe very careful if you go to this car wash. There’s plenty other car wash.a month agoThese guys did a great job. They could have done a little better, like putting the clips back on the rails on my seats. The guy tried to tell me it was broken, but he was just trying to put it back in the wrong place. They expect a generous tip, I did notice that, and they do try to upsell you no matter what package you choose. They did an excellent job on my carpet that my kids had destroyed. I was having a hard time getting everything out of the carpet with regular vaccumes, so whatever they used was great, and this mama appreciated the clean car.5 months agoI’ve been to many car washes in Boca Raton this one is the best I’ve used fast efficient and very good service my two SUVs look brand new I’ll be coming back and only using this car wash from now on !!!a month agoI will never go to the ² wash again somebody almost hit me inside the car wash because the attendant is too busy on the telephone and then the. Management writes me back and said he had to take the call well. Then you shouldn’t let cars go through that could crash into each other. This is a horrible car wash don’t go here. I used to come here all the time a couple years ago and it was great. They always did a great job detailing my car and making it look brand new again. I recently came back because it’s close to my house and my car needed a light detail.
Overall the car wash was fine. The Apple Pay reader at the kiosk doesn’t work, so luckily I had my physical card with me. My only issue is the detail part. The guys they have now didn’t really put much effort into wiping the car and making sure my rims were wiped. They finished the detail in 5 minutes which I thought was impressive. But after looking at my car I see why. They left several spots inside un-vacuumed, back windshield wasn’t wiped properly and there were significant dirt spots on my rims that needed a simple wipe to be cleaned off.
I definitely don’t recommend spending the extra bucks on “the works wash” if you can do it yourself. If I come back the most I’d do is the simple $9 wash and call it a day. Definitely a waste of money.
We drove down to Florida from NJ. My boyfriend is very meticulous with his car. He gets it washed every single week. It just went up to $22 up North. 4 guys wipe down every single car completely that comes through and they do a tire shine, which is included with the $22 price.They also vacuum out every single car and clean all the mats.
Fast forward to Mr. Squeaky Car Wash. We saw that the $20 fee included a tire shine. We decided to go up to a higher price which we thought would include more amenities, because $35 for a wash is just too much.
From the very start the guy who is supposed to spray down your car before it enters the wash didn’t do a good job. Then the car went through the automatic wash and we pulled around to where the guys wipe down your car. We were told that the tire shine is not included in the $25 wash or the $35 wash. We were told by the workers drying off the cars that it would be an extra charge for a wipe down and tire shine. This is ludicrous! They’ll include the tire shine with the $20 wash, but not the $25 or $35 wash! My boyfriend had to pull over and wipe down and vacuum his own car!
This place needs to get their overpricing in-line with the amenities it offers. It just doesn’t make any sense. I was told the owner recently changed things and the gentleman who helped us with the pay agreed it’s crazy! Tons of complaints!
Their signs don’t explain what every amenity is that is included and not included in their pricing.
THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIPOFF!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I do not recommend ever coming here unless you want to overpay and not get any service!
My mother goes to a place that charges $18 for a complete car wash and they do tires, and the inside and wipe down every car. I will never use this car wash again!
Worse place ever! I pay for inside and outside clean and The car is so dirty and full of dust . They barely have employees definitely we not come back again . I was your customer for many years I’m very disappointed !! If u care about your place contact me and fix it
I have been coming to this car wash for many years and at the beginning was the best car wash in my area. Recently with new employees the service has downgraded and not what it used to be. Thankfully Carlos is still working here. He values the customers concerns and was a great help to make it right resulting my vehicle being squeaky clean.
This is the best car wash I’ve ever been to. I used the full service car wash and after the car came out the guys who worked on my car were excellent.
