4 months agoWe have the unlimited interior/exterior plan but unfortunately it really isn’t worth it atleast a this location. We have been going to the location in Clifton Park and the team up there actually cleans the whole car cleaning dirt and buffing out the streaks left behind by the cleaning solution. Latham location has the same age of employees as CP but aren’t better seems more of a weekend job for these kids. If you want a clean car drive north on 9 for an extra 15 mins and have a clean car inside and out at the Clifton Park location near Trader Joe’s. The staff there a so much more polite.a month agoExtremely disappointed. Back of vehicle not vacuumed, only half the dashboard was wiped off. Driver side door not touched, center console not touched. Employees were to busy talking to each other instead of doing their job. Definitely will not have that service performed there again. A child could have done a better job. Don’t Bother Wasting Your Money!I recently had a disappointing experience with Hoffman’s Car Wash,. After canceling my trial subscription, I discover that I had been charged $42 for the following month. Even more frustrating is the fact that this charge came after receiving confirmation from Hoffman’s that my subscription had been canceled.

I reached out to Hoffman’s Car Wash to.cancel my subscription before the next monthly charge which was confirmed in writing by them that my request was received and confirmed. Then I get charged again anyhow!. The fact that this issue occurred first speaks volumes about their customer service, incompetence and irresponsibility.I rook this up with my credit card but dang if the incompetent folks at Hoffman’s disputed my dispute!
As a result, I’ve decided to write reviews to warn others not to purchase the subscription service. Not worth the hassle.
3 months agoI used them last year for a full detail and it came out amazing. Because of that I signed up for the unlimited car wash plan. I live right down the road so I get to use it often. I remember they offered air freshener, they asked what you want and I said doesn’t matter: anything works for me, but I don’t see it in my car! I don’t feel any air freshener smell!! Where is it?
Front desk representative offered me a monthly membership, he mentioned you can pay same $35 for monthly service.
My advice to you guys: look for quality not quantity,
Quality brings trust between you and your customer. Quantity for MFG companies not for customer service.

a year agoThis is my go to car wash! It’s totally worth paying for the unlimited washes. Everything is super easy to get to when vacuuming and the employees are super helpful and very nice. I love that this is a family owned business and will continue to be spending my money here.a year agoVery great car wash especially for black cars the dryers work tremendously when exiting the car wash and they quality of going through this car wash is 100% 11/10 service!

in the last weekI love this carwash! Every time I go there the gentlemen that work there are always very professional and friendly. I haven’t been able to go as much recently due to all of the rain so today when I went they gave me a free upgrade on my wash. I loved it so much I might upgrade my subscription the next time I go. Will be back again !2 years agoUPDATE 2: I returned and was greeted by friendly and professional staff who were expecting me. I explained the situation and they immediately and politely upgraded me to the “heavyweight” for free! He said “we’ll make it right!” And they certainly did! See photos. All pollen gone… Or rather, KNOCKED OUT! Thank you. 5 stars.UPDATE: thanks to management for the comment! We will return for another try and update the review below after!
First time there we got the basic “lightweight” car wash. It did almost nothing. Maybe 10% of the pollen was washed off. The scrubbing things actually stopped spinning after wiping the hood. See photos from AFTER the wash. The descriptions of the tiers is misleading because they only highlight the extras included… Not that the wipers physically stop spinning based on choice. I would recommend getting one of the unlimited options and go every day to get your money’s worth.

Whew where do I begin… I would give them zero stars but that’s not an option so 1 star it is…
Welp… I had to come back here twice to have them clean my interior and exterior. (Wasted my time, gas, energy and money).
They said they couldn’t run my car through the traditional car wash and offered me touch less. Ok and my car is still dirty- both exterior and interior.
I also requested a scent and the interior cleaned. Why was my trunk(which I specifically asked to have cleaned) the same way it looked when I arrived???? So was the inside of my car (minus light vacuuming).
I highly suggest you wash your own car. This is one thing I will never waste my money on again.
Staff always diligent, doing a great job. Always exceptionally kind, polite and professional. Great job! Price has risen quite a bit over the last 3 years but I still consider it worth the price. Handicapped accessible.
Special thanks to Cody for taking care of my car personally because it wasn’t well-cleaned. I am rating Cody 5stars but the rest 4. Because I told them to vacuum the boot properly and it wasn’t even touched. Also the interior cleaning was not good at all till Cody took care of it.
Please be more careful to your customers,especially if they’re loyal and have been using the service since years like me. Doesn’t go with your quality. I pay $75 every month to have my car clean.

This car wash experience was truly a 5 star all the way! I always opt for the works — cleaning the inside and outside of my vehicle; which basically entails a detailing. Price cannot be beat. And everyone is so friendly and pleasant. It really makes my day going to Hoffman Carwash Colonie location!!!
It was my husband’s birthday today, so I thought to give his cars a wash. Paid 45 dollars each for both cars and it was like I wasted my money.
I came back home cleaning inside a car I just washed. I feel so unhappy with the services from this place. If the workers there don’t like their job let them quite instead of running the business down or giving it a bad name.I took pictures, didt see the place where to upload it.
