4 months agoThis is the best carwash in town. The monthly membership is a good deal if you wash your car more than once a month. The staff here are amazing. I pay for the best carwash they have. This last trip, my truck was really dirty, and it didn’t get all the way clean on the first run-through. Before i went into the 2nd tunnel for wax, a staff member, Louis asked me if i wanted to go through again for a rewash because he saw my truck was still dirty. It was free, and they even sprayed out the bed of my truck. Louis, an amazing employee, cares about his work and has and has an awesome work ethic i noticed. Thank you, and i will continue to return with my business because of awesome employees like Louis. I came to get a quick car wash after driving a good bit. I pulled up to ask about the bugs on the front of the car. The guy upsold me to a higher package saying it should clean them off and if it doesn’t, I can run it through again and/or they will hand clean it. ($25) Running through twice did not work to clean any of it off. I spoke to a manager to see what they can do Their excuse: “this time of year we have a lot of bugs and they can’t do anything about it for you.” So this is a car wash that will upsell you and leave your car dirty. Not even a partial refund. This is just embarrassing. If anyone wants to reach out and give me a refund, I will take this review down.a month agoI love these new self service car washes. You can select the price range you want for your wash. Vacuuming is free. They even have buckets with scrub brushes at the beginning for you to pre-scrub your car. This comes in handy when you are traveling and there are lots of dead bugs on your car. 🙂4 months agoNow that I’ve gotten home I wanted to make sure I shared my experience on today. I visited this car wash between 8 and 10 this morning and wow I’m so pleased I did. I’ve tried many carwashes before but I must say that this location is by far the best. From start I was impressed when the self service area many don’t have that so it was a delight to be able to use it. Then when I got to the area to pay for my wash the light skinned man was beyond exceptional . His smile and inviting presence was something that is missing from a lot of establishments. He alone is a very astonishing factor to have working with the company. The way he engaged with my husband and I was the reason we signed up for the monthly membership. Outside of the great and extraordinary customer service that man gave, the beauty of the wash was magnificently breath talking. All this to say I truly enjoyed myself and will be coming back very often. Please give the man that signed us up my biggest thanks.

a week agoPissed I took my 3 week old car here for its first washed and not only was the job terribly done. I have a scratch and no one knows how it got there.in the last weekFirst of all, I don’t usually post reviews…but as someone who considers paying someone to clean their car a treat and values the money I spend I felt I should share with others so they don’t waste their money. Outside was clean for the most part. The back had a few runs down it and there was dirt all around my car emblems but that is always an issue with car washes for whatever reason. But the inside was not at all what I expected for $39 + a $10 tip I gave them before seeing it because of how the place is laid out. But that’s on me.
I got the managers special and I specifically asked for the one with the most vacuuming…only the driver’s seat was vacuumed. I had to dust out the remaining seats. Everything they wiped down inside was streaked terribly and sorta sticky feeling. For the price, I expected a much cleaner inside and did not expect I’d have to go home vacuum it myself and rewipe everything down again to remove streaks. Definitely not worth the money when you have $10 drive-thru that will clean the outside similarly and knowing you still have to clean the inside yourself. I could have asked them to redo it I’m sure, but at that point the quality and integrity of their work was clear and I didn’t want them touching my vehicle any more.
3 weeks agoGreat, quality productivity by the staff as well as friendly service.. This fast paced business is proof that you can work hard and enjoy your time at work nonstop. Oh and did I mention that they make any vehicle look and smell brand new from interior to exterior of every vehicle that comes through the wash!!a month agoThey did a decent job on the exterior but not as good on the interior as I thought it would be. Way more expensive than I thought it would be. This was my first visit so I didn’t know how things went. Didn’t even know how or where to pay. Overall it was an ok visit if you like hand washes. I’ll stick to my $10 drive throughs .9 months agoAlways do a great jobUpdate: Not always, today was a very bad experience. Took over an hour after my car came out of the wash, it wasn’t a lack of people, people were standing around and no one was working on my car. All in all had this been my first trip it would also be my last. I will give them another opportunity. I’ll see if this is their new way of doing business or if I simply had an isolated bad experience.
Incidentally, the dirt remaining on my windshield looks something like condensation from the AC, it is not, my AC was not on.
Mats are obviously not cleaned.
Seat not wiped down.
Inside doors not clean.
Carpet not vaccumed.
Debris remaining around windshield wiper base.
Spots on car hood.

i love this place the guys up there are so nice and help full gets my car really clean all the time i just got a membership with there deals of the 99 cent membership
I like this location, most of the ones I have visited in Bham are not as good, always having issues with vacuums, which make the experience unpleasant.
However, while visiting Huntsville, customer service was good and the towels and window cleaner made the experience a whole lot better.
So I wait to visit Huntsville for a car wash if need be.
The staff were not friendly. They barely look at you. The guy who brought me into the wash did not clean the front of my Jeep at all, bugs all over the front bumper when I came out. There were towels out for you to clean your own windows at the end. For $16, I would think the staff could at least make you feel welcome.
Wish I would have read yelp and reviews here BEFORE wasting my time and money. I saw a BOGO wash from the road so gave it a try ( you had to spend $20 or $25 to get that) I went with the most expensive wash since it would (so I was expecting) be free next time. It didn’t get the front, back, and handles, basically anything. I cleaned the inside and took pics. I went back through the line for them to fix it. Unlike other car washes there was NO ONE at the machine so after three horn honks someone came over. His solution? USE MY FREE CARWASH!!! 🤬 it’s still not clean so I will be going to spend $20 at Bubbles Express who actually cleans cars. I took a video but can’t post it 🙁
