2 weeks agoJust moved back to the area. Being military, you move around a lot, so we have had several memberships to various car wash places. I purchased a membership yesterday, the $29/month one. The wash really didn’t clean the truck very well, left a lot of dirt on the windows, doors, didnt even touch the top of my truck, etc..the I was surprised, for the price, that you don’t provide towels(I didn’t bring any with me) or anything once you get to the vacuums, the last place we had a membership did for $10 cheaper/month. I also found that the vacuum didn’t pick up anything that wasn’t loose/floating free very well. I chose you because of your locations, and someone had recommended Mister vs. the other car washes in the area. I should have read the reviews before purchasing.a year agoI paid $18 (for the second best wash level + small tip) for my car to be only partially washed. There was at least one brush in the wash that wasn’t working at all, and most of the brushes meant for the sides of the car barely even touched my full sized sedan. The tire clean hardly did anything and there was still soap on my car by the time I got to the drying stage, which has left residue marks all over the place.
I could get a much better clean for way less money by going to a coin operated manual wash, which is what I plan to do from now on. The wash did get like 80% of the dirt off, but I’m going to have to wash my car again to clean around all of the windows, mirrors, doors, handles, and other non-flat surfaces to get it actually clean. So this car wash was a waste of money and time. When I’m paying this much for a car wash, I expect much better results. (All pictures taken 5 minutes after leaving the car wash.)
a year agoHigh pressure to get the monthly membership. I even repeatedly said no and they still insisted. Then, I got the second best wash, but I might as well have gotten a garden hose and rinsed my car down myself. I could still wipe the dust off the top of my car after it was done. This was my first and likely my last time using Mister car wash.a month agoThis carwash works just as well as the other brands, but I gave a 3 star because I was asked for a tip at the payment kiosk. It’s not like my car is being hand dried. !!!! I would send a private message to the company but couldn’t find anywhere to do that. ENOUGH WITH ASKING FOR TIPS BEFORE A SERVICE!!!!!!a month agoI paid for the top car wash and my car was not even clean afterwards. The vacuum barely worked and therefore made vacuuming take much longer than it should and it missed places even though I went over and over them. For one of the most expensive car washes I was incredibly disappointed

He shared the best deals with me and immediately took interest in my dirty car by making jokes and assuring me of their clean car guarantee! A good wash on my car, free vacuums to use and they also give you a couple towels to wipe your interior, door jams and car with to get all the water off afterwards. It was a good experience! I purchased the monthly unlimited plan at $10 for the first month. It’s $34.95 each month after that. We’ll see whether I keep it or not. You have to call or go online to cancel 7 days before your renewal date as they will continue to auto charge your card each month that you use their service.
Just brought a brand new car 4 days ago and came to wash it and it came out with a scratched rim on the passenger side. Manager claims there’s absolutely nothing that touches the rim that could cause a scratched rim in the car wash. But there’s literally tracks on both sides. Filed a claim but it seems like rocket express never does anything. So sad that I have been loyal to them for years. And then I told her to cancel my membership she was a little stocked. If you have a nice car do yourself a favor and hand wash it.
Ps. Asked for the video footage and she said it’s not going to do anything because the sun is shining. But isn’t that the point of the cameras?!??
The car wash itself was fine. The front gentleman was a little pushy on the membership deal. The biggest issue was there were no clean towels and the vacuums had no suction. So many cars jockeying to use the 10% of vacuums that actually worked. Not a great experience.
Car wash is fine but if you want to cancel, you have to use an online form or talk to someone in person. I filled out the form to cancel on May 20 and I’ve been charged twice since then. I haven’t used this service since I signed up.
My car had it’s front tow hook cover come off in the wash today. I asked the employees if they can look for them, and they were not hesitant and more than willing to help. The two gentlemen eventually found the piece for me. Nice employees with integrity and diligence!
