a month agoThis was my go-to place. I find their vacuums work better than most. But $1/min is a lot. Not only that, but I somehow caught a $59 charge for running my car through the Touchless wash one time. Tried contacting someone about this, but never could nor did I get a call back. Be careful running your card there.5 months agoThe self-car wash is the most expensive self-car wash I have ever used. It’s a dollar a minute. Most other coin cash washes are 2 dollars for 4 or 5 minutes. The transition time from engine clean to soap or rinse takes at least 30 seconds to a minute. You will spend at least 3 dollars just waiting for the change between setting and No tri-foam. The touch free wash seems to do an ok job as long as you prewash, but it sounds like a can opener is ripping off your paint. My advice is go down the road to a less expensive self car wash for the same quality. But the employees are great. When the touch-free wash missed a few spots the employee let me use the self wash for free. For the awesome employee I changed my review from 1 star to 3. I with the location and employees I would use this car wash a lot more if the self-car wash price was not so expensive.5 months agoI have been to this car wash a few times since I frequent home Depot the last time I went which was yesterday I was overcharged more than double at the self service wash bay because when I hit the stop button it told me my total was $8 I was think wow that’s a lot, then I check my bank account this morning it’s $20 charge 😡 I just googled to try and find a phone number or email for a refund and the phone number gets hung up immediately?? I guess I’m going to have to drive back there from Springfield and see if there’s a way to get hold of somebody for my $ back6 months agoNo more shampoo available, card only….machines broken, suction on vacuum terrible, dirty everywhere, was a 4 star, now an overpriced clean it yourself then pay a minimum of $9 for a basic wash after. If you don’t prewash, many places on most vehicles stays filthy——as the auto wash of both types do not wash from “every” angle.a month agoYour brush wash stopped after 5 seconds, and your touchless wash won’t accept payment. Now I have a soapy car, and lost $15. Zero stars.

11 months agoGot the “ultimate detail” for a car which hasn’t been washed in over 2 years (was sitting for a year then used daily) kids had left crumbs in the backseat, it was a mess and I was happy to pay the very reasonable price for the package.
$34.99 plus $8 for the floor mats and a $10 tip. I would have tipped more but they definitely rushed.
The exterior was consisted of the car going through the machine which washed the sides well. Bumpers and roof were nearly completely missed.
Interior was vacuumed out by the staff who did very good where the did a good job and did very poorly where they skipped it. Seats were in very good condition after being finished but the corners of the floor were mostly all missed and still had lots of dirt and debris that were very easily removed myself at home with just one more pass of a vacuum. Trunk was the same.
Rear windows and front windshield were cleaned, front windows and rear windshield were missed completely. Spots were missed on the windows that had been cleaned, and I had to go over them again myself to get it “perfect” I asked to have the rear windshield cleaned after they were done because honestly it was pretty filthy so I wanted that taken care of before I left.
Door jambs were cleaned as part of the package. Spots were very obviously gone over once with a rag and dirt streaks were left behind around any bump or curve in the door. The hinge area where the door connects to the frame was missed completely on both the door and body.
Armorall wipe on interior, much like the rest of the work, was done really well on some areas and completely missed on others. The interior of my car does have grease stains which would have required scrubbing but were also easily removed at home with some elbow grease, but other obviously spots still had dust and grime that were simply wiped off.
Wheels were cleaned as part of the package. I recommend staying on the street for a while after your wash because the shine stays sticky and will get completely dirty if you go on gravel, but that’s obviously completely on me.
Overall 7.5 /10 I would go again if I wanted most of the work of a good wash done in a half hour so I could use another hour to finish it myself instead of spending much more time detailing completely from start to finish.
Side note: it was 90something degrees outside and there was more cars waiting to be cleaned. They aren’t gonna spend an hour plus per car getting it perfect so if that’s what you want, they have different packages, or go to another auto detailing place and expect to spend $200++
Edit: You can choose to include scents at the end. The one my S/O had chosen is SUPER strong. We drove for a few hours, left the car for a few hours, and when coming back to it you can smell it from a couple hundred feet away with the windows just cracked an inch. I’m not into it because I think “a clean car doesn’t smell of anything” but the S/O likes it.
a week agoDon’t waste your time on this place took both my vehicles in to get cleaned out 47 bucks per car and also paid an extra 20 bucks for them to do my wheels on one car and they looked horrible so ended up doing them myself right there not worth it! a quick vacuum job and wipe down is what I ended up with got home and lifted my mats up and they didn’t even vacuum underneath.a month agoThe attendant talked on his cell, with earbuds in, the whole time I tried to find costs for added services. I felt like I was interrupting his time. No one else was around to ask anything. The process looked and IS different too–you drive yourself through first, then it’s vacuumed. So far, no one has been polite, not even smiled. Crossing fingers for outcome. I will update!2 months agoTook my 4runner here to just get a quick wash and the brush they used at the beginning put scratches all over my car. Not very happy about that one.
Definitely would not recommend this place. It’s now been over 2 weeks since this incident and they said they would call me with in one week to let me know if and when they would do something about it and still nothing and they never answer their phones either.2 months agoI got the full package, but they forgot to vacuum the cargo area of my KIA Soul. I called & was told to bring it back. They completely re-detailed my car. It looks as good as when we bought it 3 years ago!

Paid for the executive wash. Good customer service, and we were given a disposal wipe to clean the dash. There was a line when we arrived but it moved quickly. The wash itself was good, the color changing lights provided a cool aesthetic, and we appreciated the hand dry, it was a nice finishing touch to ensure the truck was looking good when we left.
Get your ride washed here! Nice people and good service. Never have to clean up ‘spots’ that other places seem to miss.
I had higher hope’s because I’d heard this car wash was better than others in town. Disappointing. My car was admittedly dirty after a weekend in the snow. I paid for the top level, mentioned to the guy taking my order that I would appreciate the handle to open the hatch be extra cleaned. He agreed and it’s still filthy. I was the only person there. They turned on the belt to start my car through even before spraying my car down to scrub. I went out of my way and it’s no better than any other disappointing car wash in Eugene.

WOW, what a car wash! not only were they friendly and quick, but i asked the girl doing the pre-scrub to please get low, and would you believe it, I got NO attitude, just a smile and “sure thing” . Not a spot missed and a handy-dry at the end. I wish i had some tip money on me.. next time!
Don’t waste your money on those “cheap” hard-brush car washes that miss spots and always leave (water) spots.
I love this place. I pay a monthly fee and can wash my car as many times as I want. Great service great value. Hand dry for you
