What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I’m very not happy with the tire services I have been here since 2pm and they haven’t even started working on the car this is unacceptable

  2. I love this Costco! I eat mostly a whole food plant-based diet and the store has many WFPB foods like cereals, granola, Leto bread, oat milk and more! Lentils and beans are plentiful. I’m so happy that I can buy these healthy and nutritious foods/ meals in bulk. I highly recommend if you live a plant-forward and vegan diets!

  3. They got everything you need and things you never even knew you wanted and the stuff that you get is really good and they keep it in good places too that keep it nice and fresh. They get some good eggs and milk but it’s expensive. They got some self check outs and cashiers and they’re really quick. Even the people doing the self checkout but it’s always 100 dollars for all the things you buy. (I’m pretty sure you have to buy a lot of stuff for it to be 100 dollars)

  4. Weird place. My wife and I visited here. My wife had her Costco ID but I didn’t bring it. I showed my wife’s ID when checking out, but the cashier suddenly said I couldn’t pay as I didn’t present my Costco ID!? I used to pay all the time without showing my ID since my wife had been beside me whenever I visited them. They checked if I was a member which I was, so I was allowed to pay eventually but it was very unpleasant moment. What is the problem of getting paid by even if the payer is not a member? As long as they are accompanied with a member, what is the problem? Not a reasonable policy. Not sure if this is a common policy across all Costco stores but I have never experienced this in any other Costco stores in LA county. We’ve visited most of Costco stores in LA county.

  5. Worst Costco I’ve ever been to. It’s disheartening to have to write this, but they’ve continued to let me down. I’ve been coming to this Costco for 3 months now since my move to SCV. First issue was with a cashier who scolded me for not putting items on the conveyor. I had very little so left it all in the cart, as I’d previously been told to do. Don’t know if this was specific to this Costco, but I let it go. Then I went to the tire center and after a couple of attempts they agreed to take me in one morning for a replacement. I waited in the lobby for hours and finally asked about my car, the guy who I’d dealt with didn’t know who I was, even though he checked me in and saw me all those hours waiting. Then after checking in the bay, comes back and asks, “they didn’t call you?” No, I had been waiting there the whole time, with no call or even a verbal cue that my car had been ready for over an hour!! Finally, today was the food courts turn. Ordered a whole pizza and they said it would be 10 minutes, no problem, I went and loaded my car and waited a bit extra in my car, went back after 15 minutes & they tell me 8 more minutes. I wait another 8-9 minutes and ask again, they tell me it’ll be a few more minutes. At this point I’m visibly flustered so she offers a different pizza, I ask exactly how many minutes for the one I ordered (half pep), it’ll be “about” 7 more minutes. I took the cheese. After 13 years, I am considering cancelling and trying sams club.
