a month agoI always shop from this but they don’t care about moving fruits that are bad and can’t be consumed any more. Hope they do something about it because we are paying to get something good.in the last weekKelly the store manager is so nonchalant and I think she truly believes she’s bigger than the Kroger policy. I had a return for some fish and she informed me that she is doing me a favor by taking the fish back and didn’t care whether I had a receipt or not. Although the company policy clearly states online that I can go to ANY Kroger store as long as I have a valid receipt welp unbeknownst to me Kelly makes her own policy and thinks she’s the owner of a worldwide corporation.a week agoFor the most part, a grocery store is just a grocery store. If they got the items you need at the price you like, then great! However, I frequent this location for the self-checkout assistant, Ralph. Ralph is always so kind and helpful. He’s always helping everyone and doing so with a smile. Makes a boring ole store run worth the while. Thanks for caring, Ralph!3 months agoBeen going here for years. Sometimes decent deal but sometimes you find items expired a year ago on the shelves.Today, they had a current item on sale 2 for $4 but the cashier would not honor it even though I went back to take a picture to prove it. It clear says the item and on current sale. Why have a sign on sale when he claims it’s not on sale. Frustrating. I rather go to a different store. Don’t have time to argue with nonsense.
11 months agoAlmost every time I go into this Kroger store, I find things that have been expired for days, weeks or even months! Tonight I wanted to buy some salad, but there was hardly anything on the shelves, however, there were 13 Chipotle and Cheddar salad kits, which all expired on September 29, 2022, and today is October 1st! Given the fact that the stock was low, one would think they’d notice the ones that were expired.

a week agoAppearing as an older establishment, the store is impressively well-maintained. I was particularly impressed by the quality of their produce section. Today, I grabbed a couple of steaks which were not only reasonably priced but also appeared fresh. I’m definitely planning to return for more shopping!3 weeks agoI was in store on Saturday 08/12/23 shopping throughout with my husband. I like the store and the availability of products. My concern and quite honestly disgust was watching a woman come into the grocery store with her Goldendoodle stuffed in a large bag entering and then put into a shopping cart. I am a animal lover and being so leave my pets at home in a cool environment. Why anyone thinks placing an animal in a cart is acceptable is beyond me. It’s a hygiene issue first and foremost, children and food are in those same areas. Second there is the concern for those being highly fearful of dogs. The dog was not a service dog, which would be walking with a vest on. The responsibility to stop these customers upon trying to enter the store rest on the entire staff. Management needs to retrain and uphold store policy. Customers should not have to bring Clorox wipes to sterilize carts previously used by a dog. FIX IT!a month agoCan’t understand why the store management will allow some dude to conduct his car sales business from their disabled parking spaces. Every Sunday night, I walk past this dude who drives a black pickup and has cars for sale in his ‘Lot’, which is actually two of the three disabled parking spaces, he parks his truck in the third. I checked and saw no disabled badge. This happens way too often at all stores. Store momagers should be more aggressive in having these people towed.3 months agoStaff here are friendly, helpful and professional.A few disabled staff are employed here, and it helps the community a lot.
The store is always clean, neat and organized.
A new reason to come here is because a good Chinese Dumpling restaurant (Steam Dumpling) just opened nearby, so will enjoy a fantastic meal after the grocery shopping 🛍️
2 months agoParking is always a bit of a hassle because it’s such a busy store. I always use the drive thru to pick up prescriptions. The store is generally clean but could use a little work in the produce section. I often find a spill or veggies on the floor. Lately the frozen foods section has been a bit under stocked. Maybe there is a shortage or perhaps a big sale that I missed but they are limited in the frozen dinner section. The people are always nice and checking out is simple and quick either using self check out or going through a line. I will continue to do the bulk of my grocery shopping here.

I shop at Kroger for children’s birthday cakes! Yes, Kroger! The best prices and the best looking cakes. My daughter recently turned 3 and wanted a big cake. Well I took her to Kroger she looked in and saw a huge cake beautifully decorated and screamed that one. We got home and this 25 dollar cake was the perfect addition to her little party. This could’ve easily been a hundred dollar cake.
Shiva (floral) thank you so much for making flowers for my wife on valentine day minutes before you were closing! You took your time and made sure that those flowers came out looking perfect! Kroger should be happy to have employee like yourself! Happy Valentines
Never a cashier working here. 5:30pm on a Monday night. At least a dozen people waiting in each self check out line. Not to mention the prices are 30% higher than Walmart around the corner. Never coming back.
My clipped coupon’s pricing did not show up accurately at the self-checkout. I need assistance with the price. The woman with a headscarf who served as customer service was really rude, sour and unwelcoming. Customer service is not the place for that tone or attitude toward customers!
Although it bothers me that she keeps speaking to me in that tone, and it isn’t the first time, I choose not to bring it up right then in order to avoid an argument. Even if we don’t work here, customers like us have to scan and bag our own items and pay at a higher price. Why do we have to put up with horrible customer service as well? Enough is enough!
Why hasn’t Kroger considered using AI or robots to automate this role?
I will now travel a little further to H-E-B, which is renowned for having excellent customer service, offering fresh products, and allowing customers to utilize paper coupons or download applications. Forever, goodbye, Kroger!
I just went it this morning at 8:50 am to take advantage of a coupon to buy some water for the day.
I assume the manager covering the self checkout
Told me once you use that coupon, that you can’t use it again but unless changes the meaning of words. That is false it says it in plain English that it can be used..
I walked to the cashier expecting to be helped properly. Something called customer service. Come to realize the person she was just gossiping with for 3 minutes over in the self checkout area when I was trying to get her attention. Was also the cashier.. when I went to the line. No one was there
And the same lady the cashier walked over and straight repeated the same thing with out even giving me a chance to speak so I just walked out
I’m so glad H.E.B has arrived I will never shop at Kroger again
Thank you for making my decision for me Kroger employees
