Has a good selection of clothes and other goods. Can be on expensive side. The Toys r us section was pitiful and shameful. Staff at fragrance counter was knowledgeable and helpful and definitely taught me a few things. They assisted in me making a purchase I probably wouldn’t have just based off price.
Weirdly limited selection of items. Some sections look ransacked or are full of duplicates of one product.
The backstage section actually has quite a lot of good deals if you’re willing to sort through stuff and don’t have a specific thing in mind.
However, they only ever have a few cash registers open, and the employees are PAINFULLY slow. So ridiculously slow that it feels like a ploy to prevent people from buying things. Be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes in line no matter what.
I would not pay full price for anything here because it is so expensive otherwise, even with the ”sales”. But it can be worth it for certain items.
Shopped in the women’s section for some wraps, and the clerk was very cordial. I purchased two because they had a great 50% off sale. 🤗 Another clerk from the toy department helped me look for a spider man. However, Macy’s did not have any spider man toys.😪
I’m an old grandpa trying to find a proper suit to wear to a grandsons wedding in August. A wonderful lady named Yvette found me stumbling about with that “Im lost” look on my face…and she rescued me! She really went out her way to find the size I needed. She even checked the freight area. What an angel. She SOOOOO represented Macy’s with such kindness.
I will be back to shop here again! Thank you!
Thanks to Janice for being so rude and impolite when I was trying to return an item. Having that much attitude, that rude language and manner when dealing with customers would not make them come back again. It would be great to hire people who have customer service skills. Just dressing up nicely and saying “thanks and come back” wouldn’t make the customer come back again.
