Quite simple this place got too expensive for what you get. Spent $19 for the top car wash option, ended with the employee not scrubbing the back of my car, my tires not being shined and my car still having water on it. It was fine to deal with when it was less expensive, now it’s just disappointing
Most of the time the dry shine is broken without a notice and the card reader can’t read my cards! The vacuums don’t have a high suction. Place is great when things are working properly. They started out good but now it sucks and prices went up.
First time going to the Rialto MEC it was nice clean. Got my discount for my following car wash. Love that they close at 7 pm. You don’t have to be in the summer ???? heat ????????????????????????????????️
Sucks that they don’t have two people cleaning both sides!! Idk if they are under new owners but the service has gone down and price up ,much rather have my car hand wash. Don’t waste your money here and the cars are still dirty
I was not honored my half off the next wash because they updated their computers last week . I have been a loyal customer since they opened. The rude manager I would just have to pay full price again! Horrible service and customer service ! You just lost all of my friends and family !
