What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Sparkling Car Wash is the best car wash in town, Me and my wife are unlimited members(greatest deal) and I genuinely feel like the workers here are like my family members….The Manager (Bill) is the nicest person, always greeting customers and always asking me how I’m doing, you don’t see that these days. Freddie, Marty, Christopher, Crystal, David and KC are also hard workers, my wife and I appreciate their tirelessly effort that makes this location the best car wash in town. I don’t write reviews but today after leaving Sparkling car wash and the treatment I received (which is all the time) made me want to write a review. I highly recommend this car wash and highly recommend getting the unlimited membership, you won’t regret it one bit…..Cheers!!

  2. Came with my brand new vehicle and left with scratches on lower trim. Called manager who reviewed footage but nothing was seen to associate to the damage. Save money and “mysterious” damage to your car by going elsewhere.

  3. This place has amazing customer service!! We want to say thank you to David for providing the best service. He will leave your car spotless! We will definitely be coming back!

  4. Paid to have a new wax spray applied as well has the interior dusted and vacuumed. Got my car home and it doesn’t even look like it went through the wash! I was in the desert for work and still had dust and dirt all over the in and outside. It appears they vacuumed based off some of my things thrown all over but they clearly did not wipe/dust things as they stated they would. They sprayed my tires but didn’t wipe them clean so the spray and dirt is all over the tire well and looks horrible. It took well over an hour so I didn’t have time to check it all before I left. They also don’t offer cash back and tell you to use their atm, of which they charge you for. Just really disappointing to finally have a little time and to spend money to get my car cleaned up just to have to find more time to fix what they messed up. Never again.

  5. I like this place a lot for the convenience, but often it can be hit or miss. First couple times were phenomenal spotless cleans. From then on it seemed like every other time there was obvious stuff missed (bugs on windshield, dirt on lower fairings, etc). If you utilize it, the monthly subscription is too good of a deal to complain too much. Overall pretty decent, plus the cleaners are always friendly

I started going here about 6 months ago. I was happy at first, it got the job done pretty well. But, the last month or so, my car was barely cleaned, mostly just a strong rinse with a little scrub. I’ve gone through it twice and it’s still not clean. I just noticed the last couple times this week that I have soap left on my car, see pic attached. For sure the rear view window and on my side mirrors. Was still there after the 2nd wash. Before the new owner, I was pretty happy and happy treating myself. I’m disappointed. Clearly, the new owners changed something in the wash process. My car is less clean and has soap left on it. I’m cancelling my membership and going somewhere else.
I’ll just call my credit card company if they’re going to give me a difficult time at the car wash to cancel. I lost my membership once because my credit card was stolen and had to get a new one. So I guess that’s the easiest way to cancel your membership. Be like Ross and Chandler, go to close the gym membership and end up with a joint bank account, haha.
Path of least resistance is my motto. 🌈

This the BEST car wash. Always so fast and easy, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The vacuums are very powerful, which makes vacuuming the interior very fast and efficient.

I’ve been coming to this carwash since it opened and will continue to utilize their services. Also very affordable.

Came thru yesterday (07/30/23 @ 9am) before getting back on the road to vegas. We have Luv Car Washes in Vegas so I figured let’s see if my monthly plan works out in California which it did. This location was very convenient right off the 101 freeway. Now that I know I can use my monthly plan at all Luv Washes if I’m ever in the LA area I will be sure to stop at one of the locations to get the bugs off my car before making the drive back to vegas. Thanks Luv!!

It’s not full service and I put my car through twice did not get it clean. I was told the second wash was a courtesy that would only be extended once. The manager explains the little yellow spots from pollen and bird droppings would need to be removed by hand. Not sure what the point of a car wash is if it won’t get your car clean? I would avoid this car wash.

This(the picture) is how my car roof was cleaned by a staff. The windshield is fairly clean but overall it is just satisfactory. I have had better services.

First and foremost, when the staff members started drying my car, one of them was wearing a vest with a zipper! I kept hearing the zipper hit my car. After the 3rd time I heard him rub his zipper on the paint I asked him to stop. And the other staff member finished drying. I drove off and when I got home, I inspected my car and a lot of it was not even cleaned. There were spots all over and I had to re-wash parts myself. The staff seemed very friendly, and great at telling you where to go so you’ll never feel lost however that is not enough for me to come back here.

Disorganized during peak hours. I’m sure it’s fine otherwise, but between 11am-12pm on a Saturday, we were less than pleased with the lack of instruction and customer service.

We simply want the exterior-only car wash. We pulled into that line, paid, then we were told to enter the line to drive through the actual car wash (but not told specifically how). With 4 other lanes that were packed and a car blocking our ability to enter the “normal” way, we drove around a tree and tried to enter that way. We were reprimanded and told to “go back there” and when we tried to apologize and explain that we weren’t given clear instruction, we were told “Yeah but our other customers will be mad if you cut in line.”

… Just to be clear, we weren’t trying to squeeze in past the other customers, but no one took the time to explain where to go.

Lastly, we paid for the tire wash/wax and our initial attendant told us that someone would direct us to the side after we’d gone through the wash to have the tires washed. Again, when we got through the wash, we had no idea where to go (no one was there to direct us), so we drove towards where all the other cars were parked. An attendant grouchily asked what we were doing, and when we explained, he asked for our receipt… We were never given one to begin with. So we got shoo’ed to the side where the attendant took a brush to our tires (we assume all four) and in less than a minute told us we were done and to drive out.

The tire wax/wash was so ineffective that my husband ended up doing it himself when we got home. 😐

I would like to call out the owners of this car wash rather than the attendants. Having worked with many organizations and companies, I believe that the lack of organization (and customer care) comes from the top down. I’ve gone to this car wash several times over the past 30 years since my family lives right around the corner, and it seems to be it’s just gotten too busy for its own good.

The stars are based upon the wash itself. The car wash was good and the guy who wiped down my car afterwords was very thorough. I did want to mention I was not so happy with the girl inside at the register. As soon as I even walked into the inside to ring my ticket up, she yelled from across the room, “hey, can I help you” and then continued to stare at my boyfriend and I from across the room. Then when I was being rung up, she had the audacity to not even say hi, but to ask me how many times I get a car wash. When I said I don’t get one very often and asked her why she asked me that, she was super blunt in telling me she was going to try to get me to sign up for some rewards program. With how rude she was in asking me, I would never sign up with her, regardless of if I wanted it or not, which I don’t. Then we decided to go back up to purchase a water bottle only so that I could get cash back for a tip. She told us they don’t give cash back, and that I could go to the ATM. I said I did not want to pay for the fee at the ATM as it would take away money from their tip. She replied with “it’s only $2.” First off, I’m on a budget and how I spend MY money is NONE of her business. How dare a cashier be so forward with me?!!! Then she had the nerve to tell me that I should just buy them something from the store instead of tipping them and when i said I’m not comfortable doing that, she proceeded to tell me that people do that all the time. I do not care what others do. It’s my money and my tip and I am not going to be suggested as to how to give a tip that’s optional to begin with. My obligation is to pay for the wash and my obligation starts and ends there. Anything else is a bonus. Also, I have never heard of a car wash not giving cash back. I’ve been to at least 9 others in the area and they all have given cash back.
