  2. The only reason I am giving this place three stars is because of the amazing customer service of the younger staff. I don’t come to this location often but every time I do the one person who stands out to me is Brenda. Not In a good way.. I am sure she is a lovely lady outside of work however she is very rude to interact with behind the counter. I happen to sit in today to catch up on some work, and the things I heard her saying/ tone of voice used toward the younger staff is brutal! Even still they carry on with a positive attitude which is incredibly admirable. The taller gentleman working on the till was kind, personable and fast. I only spoke to him for a few moments so it really shows how much of genuine service he showed! Most of us already know how hard it is to work in the food industry and be treated rudely by customers on a regular basis. But to be mistreated and disrespected continuously from within your team is disgraceful. Furthermore I noticed regardless if my bagel is double toasted, it’s always mushy which is weird, I saw her double toast it so maybe the temperature of the toaster is off? The lady on food was super quick and friendly tho! My donut was also very soft which I appreciated so shout out to the baker!

  3. This location was NOT impacted by the November 2022 recall where Tim Hortons chicken noodle soup base had to be recalled due to containing insects. The soup at this location was not forced to be recalled and destroyed due to bug content. That was OTHER Tim Hortons chicken noodle soup NOT the soup sold here. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) allows 25 bug fragments per 100g of rice so if you get soup from THIS location and feel a crunch while you are chewing DO NOT worry, that’s just the normal amount of bugs in the soup.

  4. No idea how or why this shows me giving a 3 star review. I was there yesterday for 90 minutes. Enjoyed my coffee and worked on my computer.

    I get email to review, I open it, DO NOT review and back out of the page. Yet it shows 3 stars?

    Setting the record straight. I would have given 4 outta 5 stars. Only because they need more outlets.

  5. This is by far the worst tim hortons I have been to! The wait time is always 6-7 minutes for just one coffee and that too they mess it up many times. They take forever to complete the order and the employees are very impolite and lazy. If you ask them for a straw or something little they give you so much attitude as if you asked them for money. They also never fill the cup to the top. Overall, I never had a pleasant experience at this location.

    The only Tim Horton’s in New Castle. Line up outside for drive-thru is always super long, but goes quickly. Inside service is fairly slow, with not much sense of urgency – very relaxed. Overall they do a good job. Thank you

    Went there the 19th around 7:46 pm and there was 5-6 teens talking with one of there friends working she ask them 4 times to move they move then we ordered 2 extra large teas one steeped tea 2 milk 1 sugar the other one was a chai tea and there was only one tea bag when there’s supposed to be two and my tea was not and XL it was a large tried to get her attention to tell her that she made a little mistake.but girl working that was serving us was more preoccupied with her gang of friends that were loud and obnoxious then actually doing her job. We also overheard a male employee wearing all-black believe his name was Sean confess to 3 other workers on up charging drive-through people for certain things he didn’t disclose on exactly what he was up charging people on and said he did not care and he will still be doing it no one there was wearing name tags. Never in my life have been given service this terrible. Will never be returning done supporting a Tim Hortons that have staff like this highly recommend going elsewhere Will be attaching a picture the girl I’m talking about that was more preoccupied with her little gang of friends being ather workplace is on the left hand corner in her face is turned and you will see her little gang friends at the front. Sadly you can’t see the gentleman that’s wearing all black

    Filthy floors, dusty behind the service counter, junk and dirt on the floor, employee talking so fast couldn’t understand. Customer wrote the word dirt in the dust with their finger behind the counter.

    The worst Tim Hortons location I’ve ever been to. They’ve gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions, their food and hot beverages have been cold on multiple occasions, they’ve messed up lattes and coffee before and occasionally the lettuce they put on their sandwiches and wraps that I’ve received has been rotten and disgusting. The service is also very slow. If you want to go to Tim Hortons, don’t go to this location, please save yourself the money, time, and headache and drive to another location.

    The customer service this location offers needs to be addressed. It is some of the worst I have ever seen or been served by. I have frequented this location often for 15+ years and after the last 10+ visits in recent months of not being greeted with a smile, not one employee offers even a hello, no “your total is how would you like to pay” I can’t remember in my last 2 handfuls of visits one of good experience at this location. Today being the 4th time in a row the same 2 employees didn’t say a single word to me upon arrival at your drive thru window, handing me my items and leaving. Not ONE word was exchanged after I greeted them with a “hello, debit please thank you”. I’m very disappointed with this and am going to feel much relief knowing I’m not supporting a business that doesn’t address poor employee attitude and behavior to their fellow patrons visiting here.

    This tim Hortons on green road is a complete joke. There are so many issues. The management is horrible. Staff are told to not stir coffee because it saves time. Coffee is always missing sugar. First day of smile cookies at 8 in the morning and they don’t have any. Like seriously who is even running this joke. If you want to get a coffee that’s made right go to any other location. The owner of this store needs to fire the morning and afternoon so called management.

    There was a lot of hype for this second ever 2-story Tim Hortons. Finally get to go in and it’s just a regular 1 story with something upstairs for employees? Really odd. Otherwise, it was clean, staff were nice. Parking is extremely awkward despite it being at an unused corner. Somewhat of an odd location, yet another West End Timmies but East still has nothing.

    Enough is enough. You get one star. After 2-3 years, your drivethru is still a disaster and only 1 lane open on a Saturday morning. Going inside isn’t any better, you might wait 20+ mins just to get a coffee. This is outrageous. It’s time to hire serious staff.

    It would be quicker to drive to courtice or south bowmanville. 3rd time coming here waiting 15 minutes + at front counter for 5 beverages. 1 staff on front counter (seems new feel bad for her) 4 at drive thru including the supervisor that is only interested in talking about life and not serving customers.
