- Reviews:I work at White Rock City Hall and my administration team has had several impressive experiences with this Tim Horton’s location over the last few months, so we wanted to share our appreciation! We have had a number of events/training sessions for which we’ve needed large amounts of coffee and goodies. Every time we’ve contacted the restaurant staff ahead of time, they have been helpful in confirming our order and making arrangements for us. When picking up our orders in-store, the staff have been extremely pleasant and helpful, and our orders have been completed perfectly each time, with no mistakes. As we work in a fast-paced environment ourselves, and since we rely on food orders being consistent and timely for our events, this service has been greatly appreciated. When I first entered the building, I was greeted by a long line. I was confused as I went around 3 pm and I’d think most people would be at work. When I finally got to order I realized why the line was so long. All of the workers were slow and careless. I was the only person I’d heard who ordered a sandwich or any kind and they somehow managed to mess up my sandwich. It took me about 15 minutes to get 1 sandwich as all the workers were just talking with each other. I saw the manager come out and I thought he was going to apologize for the long wait, but instead he just stood there, looking at the line. First of all, sanitation is very questionable as some staffs were touching everything without washing hands including handling food without washing hands after touching money or other things. Also, one staff held a spoon and went around, which I wondered what would happen to that spoon. Second, some staffs are unfortunately not very friendly or can be rude. I wonder if they know that they are working to get more customers or they are trying to get the place out of business. Finally, I wonder if it’s norm for the Tim Holton’s way of working that some leave in the middle of serving and do something else – and sometimes chit chat with co-staffs. - Reviews:Convenient for the peaple visiting Thier loved ones . But very understaffed and not a good selection of products. Purchased chilli that usely comes with a fresh bun at all time locations but no bun hear they give you one pack of crackers and if you ask for more they charge you. The chilli is more expensive than regular stores and they have the nerve to charge for crackers. Better to stop on your way to hospital and grab from another location. Inside there’s a little sitting area with the fire place which is nice during the winter, and it’s attached to the Wendy’s, so you have those other options especially if you’re with a larger family. Our state was very nice so typical Sheraton Hotel very nice the room looked very nice, linen clean etc. Front desk staff are very polite courteous and very helpful.
The only thing that was uncomfortable was the shower having a hot shower and then all of a sudden the run the water running cold, then adjusting the water to going running to going warm, then it became too hot, painfully….
This is the only negative in our stay. Hoping this property can correct this for future guests.
The person in charge of training the cashier on February 13 2023 10AM had a very rude. Tone of voice towards customers and the staff she was training. Service with a smile. Especially during these times. There was never a reason to speak bored at your job or bark at someone who is in training.
A great big thankyou to the Ladies working in the drive thru Sunday afternoon. I got in the lineup and realized I forgot my wallet and no way to get out of the line up . I ordered a medium coffee and they were so polite and said it’s OK. I returned Monday morning and paid for it. So much appreciated by a regular customer. As usual great service. Thankyou.
Service is disgusting, make you reverse in the drive through so they can get better stats. Absolute worst Tim’s I’ve ever been too. No wonder why some dude was caught on camera screaming at them.
It’s unbelievable how horrible customer service has become. I never get greeted at the drive thru window. I say thank you and the employee/s say nothing. I say goodbye and they say nothing and turn around to continue with the next order. This isn’t a one off either. This is 99% of the time. Maybe it’s just the city? The Tim Hortons in Maple Ridge were never like this but every single one I’ve been to in Surrey is awful.
