  3. I wish I could give this Tim Hortons a zero star for their night staff. it’s march 11, 2023, and the time is 11:03. I work everyday for night sift, I always have to have coffee before my work from this Tim. These girls at night never smile, show attitude, don’t even wish thank you, good night or anything. They should learn work presentation and should wish their customer with smile. They rude face sometimes spoil my day as well. It would be known that a one smile can change ones day. I understand sometimes we don’t feel good and can’t smile or wish people but it is happening everyday night to me. I posting this to get a positive attitude in future.

  4. This one has the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. My coffee is always wrong and if I go back to have it fixed heaven forbid.

    Edit: no Tim Hortons I’m not going to the link you sent me. You want me to go to a link and fill out a whole form due to this , yet you literally have managers acting terrible in there with the rudest employees with multiple complaints and have done nothing. Do better. Go off the reviews and fix it.

  5. Employee Jun is so rude. Instead of understanding my order, he started blaming my accent. 😂. I had to grab another employee to get the order right, I hope he gets trained soon. 😸🔪💥

    Went to get smile cookies and ended up with sad cookies instead. These cookies are supposed to be happy as the funds go to helping the children’s hospital but this just makes it feel sad. Disappointed.

    The atmosphere was the following a person working was annoyed that I was buying something from the store even when I was extremely polite and in a good mood. Then with my order I requested no tomatoes for two sandwiches both sandwiches had tomatoes on it and they squirted the sauce bunched up on the bottom in a way where to get the tomatoes out you basically ruin the sandwich and you’re eating it like an animal even if you try to remake it. I usually don’t complain but they also didn’t give me a bag or napkins for any of my items they just handed me all the items. Out of frustration I went to get some napkins because I didn’t want to drive with dirty hands. I went back to actually complain and let them know that there were some Issues. I go into the store as a couple leaves because they haven’t been serviced I see no one around I wait for a bit. Even though the store when you enter makes a sound and I knew they were back but at that point I decided to just leave after I grab my napkins. Manager needs to clean house.

    Never had an issue until today. I made my drive thru order without ordering a drink as I already had one but the drive-thru attendant couldn’t seem to accept that I didn’t want to order a drink. Finally told her nicely that if she asks me again I will drive away. That seemed to get it thru her stubborn head. Probably will not return in the future because of her.

    As a fast food service it was average . Each Tim Hotons outlet is different. It also depends on the time of day you go . Many of their doughnut selections are absolutely delicious especially the yeast doughnuts . Too bad the finished product doesn’t look as good as the pictures on TV or flyers regarding their hamburgers, etc

    Most of the staff throw the debit machine at you, and won’t even make eye contact, because they’re too busy talking to other employees. Definitely disgusting service.

    I stood in line for 10 minutes @ the till, only 1 lady @ till a guy before me gave big order. That would be ok but there was 4 people standing around @ drive thru no one came to help. 3 people came out from the back still no one would help. Guy behind me left 5 minutes before I did. Very bad service better train people to multi task!!!! 7 people & no one would help. Won’t stop there again.

    They must have some new staff because during my most recent visit the two individuals that were “working?” (I use this term cautiously) essentially ignored the customer in front of me for a good 2 to 3 minutes before even acknowledging him. Then he waited for an excessive amount of time to receive one coffee and one donut. I was right behind him in the line and as I stepped forward one step to place my order the counter person turned and walked away. He returned about 2 or 3 minutes later and took my order. His demeanor while sauntering over to the coffee pot and back was poor. He really appeared to not care one way or the other about quality service. No smile, no suggestions, nothing. I will mention that this is not typical of my experience at Tim Hortons. But my review today is based on my most recent visit. This was at the Tim’s in Sunridge on the west side of Lethbridge.

    If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. They are always very rude, throwing your food out the window trying to get you gone as fast as possible. No customer service whatsoever. I often go in the morning shortly after they open and everytime they rush me out of there and throw my food at me. Never have been told to have a good day as I’m leaving. Just very bad customer service.

    I go to this one because of work, but lately it’s been very frustrating. Staff almost throw your order at you before you can finish paying, give me drink trays when i ask not to have them, and then whenever I get an iced coffee, it’s never mixed.

    Came to meet some friends at 1pm. Waited in line and was ignored. 3 people on only up front. One at the window, one making sandwiches and nobody manning the counter. It’s 1pm, should have extra staff on. Quit trying to maximize profit and minimize labor cost. Customer service people, come on. Terrible.
