We came in here to get that. I have this app that offers more points if you order online. So what I did is we order online and pick it up there. It was so quick. Staffs help me with the apps as I am not familiar yet. They are both accommodating. It is not busy during the day. We stayed a bit longer and finish our food. They are practicing covid rules…highly recommended. It’s just so wonderful that I have to take extra time out of my day and work to turn around and go back because the order is wrong. It never ceases to amaze me that employees have problems or issues following basic directions(like Homestyle Biscuit not English Muffin) that are literally written in front of their face. You do get 3 stars because when I went back the manager was sincere and genuinely sorry for what had happened. She quickly fixed the issue and put a stop to the employee complaining that she had done it right. Found my order and showed it to the lady so she could see she hadn’t done the order right. That is how a manager should handle such a situation.
This location had hot chocolate that was not super watered down. Several other locations have had quite watery hot chocolate but this one had it done just right. They made my sandwich in under 45 seconds which was excellent. As a plus everything I ordered was under 10 bucks.
I have been trying to give this location more and more chances, but I’m done. The person who takes the order is extremely rude and has no customer service. Secondly, I am served at the window by the same lady every morning, who seems extremely annoyed with my order and doesn’t even say good morning, have a nice day. Today I got ‘ey-ye-to’ because I didn’t have my scan app ready. I get that you want to be efficient, but since does that come at a cost of being friendly and having Customer Service be a priority?? This is the only Tim Hortons that treats me like this, and I will not be going back. Also, just to confirm, the only thing I order is a Chai Tea Latte! I am extremely disappointed!
I dont like this Tim Hortons branch at all…very rude to their employees and rude to customers…they made a mistake on my order and rolled their eyes when I asked for a refund… then I overheard one of your staff shout at the person who made the mistake…
Asked for a grilled chicken wrap… they gave me a Panini… they remade it and when I got it… after less than a minute of saying grilled I got crispy. This happens way more than it should. They also never tell you the price and just expect you to know or pay debit. Rarely does the full price show up on the screen.
