Dirty store. Rude employees. Incorrect orders and long waits.
Got the wrong sandwich.
I waited 16 minutes and I timed it.
By the time I got my order coffee wasn’t hot as it should be.
I told the employee to plz make a new one.
She was extremely rude.
Another employee asked her why is she making another coffee,and the girl that served me said to the other employee.
She wanted me to make another coffee.
Said it rudely.
Then the other employee said to me sorry she’s new.
I said please don’t lie she’s been here for awhile I so remember her from last year.
Why lie?

I go to this Tim Hortons often. They have a select few that work there that are absolutely amazing. One in particular is Dale. He is absolutely hilarious! He is so welcoming and always tries his best to make you smile. His customers serve is awesome it’s always a pleasure to see him and have him serve me. Keep up the amazing work Dale!
This Tim Hortons is way to focused on making drive through times instead of providing quality customer service. They are shoving all your items out the window before you even pull up, making it a stressful experience.
To top that off I always ask for my English muffin to be extra toasted because every time I don’t, the bread is barely even warm. Today I don’t even think they ran it through the toaster as it has zero toast marks. This again speaks for their need to make their drive through times rather than providing quality customer service.
This is a reoccurring issue every morning.
Dale saved me big time today! Huge mistake made by a separate Tim Hortons, wasn’t aware until I was on the road – however dale was happy fix it right up for us – thanks again pal! You & the team steady grinding for us.
Everytime I come to this location it’s a lineup to the door and bottlenecked foot traffic trying to get in and out… there’s 2 cash registers and only 1 seems to work.
I’m just going to have to just use the washroom and pack myself a lunch from now on… not standing around my entire break to pay you half an hours wage for a sandwich.
