  1. They beat you over the head with the prices, primarily because it’s a private family owned business but they absolutely offer the most amazing looking pups. We just had the best experience with Christine from Petland Frisco. She is extremely dedicated to the fur babies and honestly stayed in communication with us daily while we took our time getting to know our new baby. Visit after visit she was extremely hospitable & accommodating in fact the whole staff seemed the samr 🥰

  3. My wife and I purchased an 8 week old puppy a few days ago. We had issues from the get-go. Our puppy presented with lots of diarrhea (come to find out she had giardia). I’m sure if she was infected the rest of the puppies were too. I called the following morning asking if we could exchange the puppy for a hypoallergenic puppy because we found out that my mother who lives with us was allergic to the breed. The store told us to contact their “warranty department,” which isn’t really a warranty department. We contact the warranty department who stated they would reach out to the Frisco location to see if they could do an exchange for us. We have yet to hear back from anyone from the warranty team. We later reach out to the store again and a representative stated that we cannot exchange the puppy and that we needed to find it a new home. I was told by a representative when we purchased the puppy that we have the ability to exchange the puppy for another puppy that is more appropriate for our living situation within 48 hours of the purchase. Come to find out that the so-called warranty department isn’t really a warranty department. All they do is take down your inquiries and share them with the store. We spent $6000 for a puppy and Petland of Frisco didn’t even have the decency to reach out or make things right. Whatever you do, do not shop at Petland!

  4. Petland Frisco takes special care of their puppies, and the service is outstanding!

    We initially purchased Banksy, our Pomeranian, about 2 1/2 years ago, to join our family. He’s become such a wonderful addition! My wife and I did spoil our “little prince”, but one day, we visited Petland to buy treats for Banksy…and we brought home Elsa, our beautiful Samoyed! We instantly fell in love with her!

    Elsa just now turned six months, and she’s even more beautiful than the first day we took her home.

    Took our 4 month old Yorkiepoo there to have her groomed for the first time. They did an excellent job and took extra time with her since it was her first time. She was not scared at all. The staff was very friendly and professional.

    Purchase tank filter and Betta fish. I’ve never seen such well maintained Bettas and overall aquarium area in a retail pet store. Very clean! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

    WORSE gromming EVER! They left my long-haired Maltese practically bald! They passed the machine in an unprofessional way! Thank God hair grows! They said he had knots, but come on! this is wicked! even on his legs and head? my pup has long and short locks all over his body! terrible!!!!

    I visit this location a few times every month. The staff here has always been friendly and helpful, and the store is always very clean. I’ve shopped at other pet stores in the area, but I keep coming back here because I always find what I need, and the prices are good. Also, I’ve purchased food here in the past that my pets didn’t like, they refunded me for the open package with no hassle. Now, that’s what I call great service!

    If you’re thinking of starting a job here, don’t do it. I’m sure the services are great, but just from the “hiring process” (or lack thereof) alone, I’m sure the employees aren’t treated very well. Had a roommate who did her best to apply here, and after being hospitalized during the interviewing process (which she had made them aware of), the “hiring managers” at this location labeled her as “Unhireable for all PetSmarts”, which they had never made her aware of; she had to call to find out. The hiring managers here RARELY reach out to their applicants. Furthermore, during the interviewing process, the “hiring manger” was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful for my roommate. We’re first time renters, have bills to pay, and my roommate was very excited about this job; and Stewart couldn’t have cared less. We’re extremely disappointed with this location, and look forward to not going back.
