  One of the most unique Walmart locations I’ve been to! This is the only Walmart I’ve seen with a vendor dedicated to souvenirs, and it’s also the only one I’ve seen that is to this size. Definitely among the best Walmarts out there.

  This place wasn’t as busy as it normally is. This is definitely the busiest one I’ve ever been to. Just get ready for some road rage whether you are driving in the parking lot or manning a grocery cart.

  This store is falling apart. I was here in 2019 and it was fine, now in 2022 the store looks like it belongs in a post apocalyptic scene.

  The front windows on the sliding front doors are broken out and covered with plywood, the shelves are empty on a lot of things, the floors look like someone spilled something a month ago and decided not to clean it up, there was a melon in the freezers for no apparent reason.

  For such a high tourism area, this place is pretty run down.

  This has got to be the most touristy Walmart I have even shopped at. They offered what most Walmart stores have plus a lot of souvenir type items. It was a very, very busy store. We opted to use the self check out to avoid the long lines to check out.

  I’m sitting here waiting for grocery order pickup, checked in over half an hour ago on the app, called the number multiple times since, it’s going to vm, left VM, nothing. Says order is ready an hour ago. Wasting a ton of time right now. Walmart was running late yesterday so we had to reschedule to today while Kroger was running like normal yesterday.

  Also, they’re loading people that showed up 20 minutes or more after I did. Sure, running behind is one thing, but how about serving people in the order they get here?

  Adding some photos now at 40 minutes. Only one other car here, they got here way after I did.

  45 min finally got someone on the phone. They said they’d bring it out, Then another car showed up, order brought right out for them, nothing for me.

  50 minutes later groceries being loaded.

  The only acceptable way to get my groceries from here is through delivery which costs extra. I did pickup today and waited an hour before having to leave because my bladder and hungry two-year-old had all they could take. At one point, I thought to myself that it would be faster to just go inside, BUT WAIT! The checkout lines inside are almost as horribly long as the pickup lines. Maybe they’re understaffed, but you’d think they could at least open all the self checkout lines and not accept so many pickup orders when they know they can’t handle them. Do better, Walmart.

  Avoid this location at all costs! They are extremely understaffed. I went in for 2 items and left without them because the checkout lines were insanely long. 1 register open and the line weaved all through the displays up front and then through the clothing section. Both self-checkout lines were the same way and I could see only half the self-checkouts were operational. I asked someone mid-way through the self-checkout line how long they had been waiting and they said about 40 minutes. I’ve waited in shorter lines at Walmart on Black Friday. It’s ridiculous and I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to visit another location

  Typical Walmart. A little bit disorganized in the clothing department as not a whole lot of people seemed to be working. Now, I loved the food side. Very organized and looked like it was taken care of. Beer sales on Sunday start at 10:01am.

  I never saw a Waltmart in such a disarray. The shelves are empty and everything is in the wrong place and a total slop house. They should clean house in Management. This place is a total embarrassment for Walmart. Today also I saw a lady stealing merchandise and I told several employees and they did nothing and said I should just leave the lady alone none of my business. The place is has empty pkgs everywhere indicating theft. I seriously hope that Management is gone!!!!

  I am giving Walmart 5 stars and Smart Style -2 which comes to a 3. Walmart is great… friendly service, fresh products. However, Smart Style had posted hours of opening at 10. I waited around til almost 1 and they never opened. If Walmart is going to have other shops in their store, they should make sure they observe their hours.

  In the past, I’ve had a great experience with pickup. I always do 7-8a pickup so I can pick it up after I drop off my kid. The most time it’s taken is maybe 10 minutes? Well, today, I go and there are over a dozen cars. I experienced this during the pandemic and I maybe had to wait 45 minutes. Not a huge deal, I understand that sometimes stuff happens. But today, I waited for over an hour, I barely saw any cars leaving, and the ones that did, I’m not sure left with groceries. Then I overheard the employee say she had customers waiting 2-3 hours and was having to bag them. So I left! I don’t know what went down but Walmart should have NEVER let everyone place orders for the same time! This is so unfair to both the employees and the customers. I’d rather have been told it was this bad because I wasted an hour and got no groceries. Their app knows I was waiting 1hr + too. Walmart can do better. I hope my order gets canceled easily.

  Over the past couple of weeks we’ve been to a number east Tennessee area Walmart locations…all were very well stocked, staffed, and clean. The only location that didn’t meet that standard as the Chapman Hwy location as it always seems to be on the edge of barely surviving! It’s a crying shame it stays this way especially with its excellent location.

  It is in dire need of new competent, organized, efficient, people friendly, leadership who understands how to properly maintain a well stocked and clean store with at least a couple more friendly employees who at least pretend they want to be at work. If regional management were to ever visit the regional area, they should be able to quickly realize this store is in a prime location, that they do not remotely live up to their area regional stores, and with proper leadership could be a model store rather than an afterthought. We can only hope that they will eventually wake up and try to make it better.

  I shop at Walmart online 99% of the time. But the best thing about this company is their help center. Those people are the most helpful, courteous, & knowledgeable employees I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I have written mm any positive reviews of these fine employees.

  Store time is a lie! Website says 11pm. Closed before 10:50. Would have taken me 5 minutes to grab my 1 item and leave. Guess you don’t get my business then. Shame on you! My babies NEED cat litter tonight. I came straight from work because website lied and said you were open. Change your website then! Now I don’t have time to go anywhere else thanks to you! Unacceptable!!!

  I must’ve gotten there just after A) A huge storewide sale that emptied the shelves. OR B) Inventory recently taken. When I day the shelves were bare, they were devoid of ANY products in several areas of the store. This was also mid-day on a Monday. So strange. Did manage to find 1 or 2 necessities and a few food items, but it’s 2 weeks later and the same shelves are nearly as bare. Problem is that when there’s nothing on the shelves, the cleanliness (or rather the complete lack thereof…) is open to scrutiny and the shoplifting is unapologetically obvious. I also, coincidentally, was the only person wearing a mask for safety. Not sure I will continue to frequently this store.

  Worst Walmart in Nashville by far. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. All the carts are scattered all over the parking lot. You have to go through the self checkout if you have a hand full of things or three carts full. The workers there lazy and only there to collect a check. I would fire every employee at that location and hire a completely new staff and start over. Another thing is they’re always closing earlier than the hours that are posted. Don’t waist your time to go there.

  I am 100 disabled, tried each of 3 carts at the door all rickety, and asked the person inside if more carts told yea down there.
  So I went down but kept rickety one in case no more.
  I saw a pile of carts, so I left the cart inside. Black female doing, I guess self checkout has nerve to tell me to take other cart out? Why who could use it? She kept after me telling me what I needed to do, I held my hand up & kept doing what I was doing. Was a friendly mid Eastern lady who pointed me in dire tons of coffee pots.
  Who the ***was that worker to tell me what I was ircwas NOT going to do?
  Then I went to check out & for about 10 minutes, self check out was closed, to change staff what?

  Update – One of the best experiences I’ve had at a Walmart today. Had an employee hunt me down in housewares, asked me what I was looking for and actually take me and walk me over to the item. Almost thought I was a Publix for a minute

  Overall if you’re looking for something cheap and quick, chances are they have it. Personally I’m not a big fan of the store not because I’ve had any bad experiences but just because it’s huge and takes a while to find things. Generally a little too crowded for my liking. Other than that all good and I’m sure I’ll be back.

  Got mostly what I needed. Loved the big selection of curly hair products. Couldn’t find the soup I wanted that other walmart carry. Also, there were like 10 plus self check outs available but only 1 cashier for items over 20. So the poor lady had a HUGE line of people with huge carts full of groceries and what not. Then another employee came to help but she could only help 2 people before her shift ended. After that they closed their lanes and no other lanes were available to other customers other then the (1) Less then 20 lane and Self check out, such doesn’t work for a cart full of groceries.

  This is the cleanest walmart I’ve ever seen. They have employees actually doing their jobs by keeping the store clean and putting clothes and items back where they belong instead of leaving them lying about. This store is a testament for good management, a good work team, and an overall great community.

  Within the past Month I have ordered groceries and other stuff from Walmart online. Some I have had delivered and some we picked up. Both ways were worked out very well. The associates were very helpful and polite. My delivery persons were very helpful and polite as well. There was a couple of times I had to get someone to call me and they were very professional and helpful. So I have to say that my experiences turned out great. Thank you Walmart.
