6 months agoThis is my favorite Costco in the valley. It’s always well stocked with unique items that I haven’t seen at other Costco‘s. It’s always adequately staffed with friendly and helpful associates. Although it seems to be getting busier and busier every month as more and more people move to the East Valley, it is still not nearly as busy as the Costcos in Tempe, Mesa, or South Chandler by Chandler Mall.a month agoNow that the queen creek Costco is open this one is less crowded. There is parking! Always a clean place. Quick service. Love the speedy cashiers. We even got our phone service from t mobile and new phones a while back. This is a clean not too crowded Costco w nice people. They have great clearance items too.2 weeks agoYou gotta love Costco! I’ve been a member for 32 years… yikes lol They have excellent meat and fish products, love their produce, frozen and dry goods. The staff have been around for a lot of years and they are always friendly and helpful. Can’t beat their prices at the gas bar. They are super well known for their $1.50 hot dogs with a drink and their ice cream at the takeout counter. And who doesn’t like a good deal on some clothing. They always have excellent seasonal home and garden sections. We have purchased our last 2 living room sets from Costco online and love them.a month agoMan you gotta love Costco ❤️, especially if you have a business you can buy bulk and just about everything, tax exempt, too dope thanks again costco, just about to try some plant-based protine from there.6 months agoFeb,18,202: What a pleasant change in optical department, sales persons are very nice, respectful and professional.June,11,2022: Their optical department has good varieties of branded frames and their lenses are better, however the sales staff is not up to the mark. They are not as good as for example vision works. At Costco optical sales don’t help much and sometimes undermine the customer but the sales people at other places I mentioned would stay with customer whole time and help find the best match.

This is a busy, but well organized location. What tripped me off, initially, was that it is a mirror image from the locations that I usually frequent. However, once you get your head around that, you will find that it is a well stocked and clean Costco.
This Costco was great, first time there but a good experience. No rudeness, just down to earth people helping people. The warehouse was clean, and customer service was great! A must for shoppers
Costco food courts. Many people enjoy the low prices and large portions at Costco’s food court. Some popular items include the hot dog and soda combo for $1.50 and the pizza slices which are also very affordable. Additionally, some locations offer other menu options like smoothies, chicken bakes and churros.
Man corporate Costco is really failing.

Administration pull your head out of your rear. Seriously..
So I tried to go in store to get money back from an online order that is now on sale.
They couldn’t do the price difference in store so I have to use the app which is going to be difficult for me to understand. Or I can call and wait on hold for a half hour to 45 minutes and keep getting hung up on.
So you know what I can do that is going to cost Costco more money? I’m going to return the one I bought online and buy another one so Costco administration has to pay for shipping.

The people that work on your front lines are all amazing, kind, compassionate, human beings. But it is very apparent from your corporate policies over the last 6 months that you are no longer customer focused.
That will have short-term gains and long-term consequences. What I mean by that is I’m not going to pretend the people who are high up at corporate Costco are ignorant.
You don’t make it to be setting corporate policies if a person isn’t smart. Which means not accepting price differentials in store is a decision to try and dissuade customers from going through the hoops to get money back.
Short-term gains. Instead I can just say bump that and then you can pay return packaging and return shipping and then future shipping which is what I’m going to do.
Way to go…Costco working with its suppliers to reduce raw material used for packaging. Dont throw out the ‘old’ jars of fancy nuts, reuse them after purchasing the bag. ❤️ Also love the one-stop shop experience. I often come here hungry and leave there happy with a full stomach and something new in my cart. Most weekends are pretty busy between 1p-3p. Glad the free sample stations returned!
