What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I went to buy a phone. A consultant I believe is an Indian about 20 years old. He keep chewing his gum while talking with me and just like try to get rid of me rather than consult for me on a phone.
I saw there are 4 men just standing and talking with each other rather than helping customer. I just wonder If they get paid why they did that? If they do not like their job, just find others or do not work. It totally made me sad to see people just so unethical at work like this nowadays!

  2. The people who bring out the groceries take way too long, every time I’m waiting like 15 minutes. What’s even the point? I can shop myself in less time.

  3. I picked up 5 items. There was only 2 regular checkouts open and all lined up. More than half the self check outs were closed. There was a line up here at 8:00 am. Five staff were walking and talking in the main isle. They didn’t care that customers were upset. I put everything down and walked out.

  4. My mom placed an order though the online website memorial Ave location and the order she placed was incorrect and was delivered wrong. How this store could make that sort of mistake without even bothering to double check the order number of the order that was placed is a sloppy way to do business. There needs to be better acustremer

  5. Worse place last time check my stuff at self check out, then in front of service an they try again at door. Now the machine give warning every we scan an the with don’t add up. After 3 attempt in about 30 item they wanted me to restart or wait in line again with 2 kids. 3 year ago there employee hit and run on my car. Go thing my mom was in vehicle a saw it. Took 3 year fix 4k of damage. I got upset and left. Your the worst

Probably if you have a little rush is a good option however I prefer to go to the Memorial Walmart, it’s bigger and you can find more options for you and your family

Guys do not take part time jobs here the csm managers woman are rude. Hope people get treated right here it’s been months but those csm managers still remind me how rude they were while doing shifts mainly students who come from abroad please find work somewhere else than this place..its been many months before I worked hope those managers are not still around.. higher managers should ask the employees About how csm managers treat them mainly to cashiers.. take other production or fashion side jobs then being a cashier here..

Hollered at me as I was leaving out the front door about a TV I had in my cart. I had to wait several minutes to pay for this TV in electronics before they’d even allow me to leave the area with it. Basically, embarrassing me as I’m heading out after using the self checkout (which I dislike BTW) to purchase other items. I come to this store maybe 3 times a year or less for holiday shopping. Every time, I am not impressed with this store at all. I had them tell me once “we can fix your order this time but next time we won’t” in regards to me not using my Certificate of Indian Status at the appropriate time stated at their tills. Except this till in electronics didn’t have the sign she was talking about. So I asked her to return the 15 items, totaling over $600. Another time Walmart wouldn’t sell me listerine, stating it was policy not to sell after 7pm. My friend from North Carolina was flabbergasted standing behind me after driving me an hour into town and to get supplies. I’m constantly followed around the store and even get to watch them in groups of 3 follow other Indigenous people around.

While the employee’s are very respectful. The brie cheese I bought was rancid and had a horrible taste. It was do on May 11th and it’s May 17th.

Went to buy an item that was on sale in electronics. The checkout person charged me full price. So when I questioned him he looked at the sale tag but didn’t know what to do, so we just stood there. I was waiting for him to stop staring off into space, thankfully a manager came by he corrected the problem. I called on the scanning code of practice.

Do not work here unless you are really really good at self direction and don’t mind being trained totally improperly. You basically have to teach yourself how to do the job, people help but they show attitude when you ask. In my 6 years of working over 3 jobs I can safely say Walmart has been the worst in terms of how they treat a new employee, maybe your turnover rate is high for a reason ? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Its impossible to get a job here. Walmart is “supposed” to be known for its job oppritunities, the website literally says they are ALWAYS hiring. I have previous experience and have applied over 20 times, and not even an interview. If your looking to apply anywhere, this place is hell to try.

Nice little store in a great location. Is not a supercenter and therefore does not have does not have the grocery section. It does have an excellent selection of food items though. As always excellent prices and great deals in flyers! Covid conscious store with plenty of safety signs for direction and cart and cleaners readily available. This review sponsored by Nutella!

Noticed another job lost. Automatic floor cleaner. Short sightedness. Who’s going to buy your merchandise when no one had a job?
