Phenomenal place to get seen with a wide array of expertise working there to assist you. Experienced workers with a wealth knowledge to explain what the process is to recovery, how the body is responding to therapy, and process to the end result. Very friendly atmosphere that makes the experience enjoyable while there. I am pregnant – the initial exam was to go over all my issues & the dr started talking rapidly about insurance & how I wouldn’t be covered past 6 visits. I thought was weird because I had more visits than that & had zero plans to pay out of pocket.
I had a total of 4 visits & with each one seemed like he was clicking his pin random places nothing strategically placed & after the 3rd adjustment of my neck I mentioned that it was in more pain with a massive migraine & he ignored me. Since I’ve stopped going my pain has went away !! My main concern I mentioned to this man was my mobility of my right shoulder /right knee & my right hip The only things that were adjusted was my neck & thoracic & aligned my pelvis.
I had to call out one day because I’m pregnant & I had severe Braxton Hicks & I could not move. The lady at the front desk said I had to maintain 2 visits a week or else my insurance wouldn’t cover it automatically that made absolutely no sense.
I called my insurance co. They told me I’m covered up to 24 visits – after that if it’s medically necessary I have another plan that kicks in. I’m pregnant so of course I would be. They told me I did not have to show up for set number of days for it to kick in It was per visit.So that point I didn’t even bother showing up any longer I’m going to find another provider I cannot stand being lied to you – it just seems like these people are money hungry & they play Christian music which makes it worse. I come from the insurance world I understand how these things work – I understand how providers manipulate patients into thinking they have to pay out of pocket or they just refuse to write it as medically necessary to the insurance co. I’ve heard these stories countless times.
It was a massive mistake to stop at this facility & just because I’m pregnant & a female does not mean I’m going to be taking advantage of or manipulated Sorry.

It has slowed down my fitness activities and certain angles of movement would cause a severe burning pain. After my first visit with Dr. Jeff, he explained the condition of my neck and spine throughly, which no one has ever done to this degree. I noticed after my first adjustment the tenderness in my hips had lessened and the tightness in my neck had also been relieved. With each adjustment thereafter I felt so much better. I am excited to be pain free. Dr. Jeff never turned my body into a pretzel to adjust me or messed with my neck. Those procedures always worried me. I am amazed that his way of adjustments are pain free and work so well. Thank you Dr. Jeff. I’ve been through many and it’s been so difficult to find a suitable replacement. I had an accident in January 2021, and was receiving chiropractic care elsewhere. While under care for 6 months I was not pleased with my progress and was really looking to find a place to find a ray of hope. I originally decided to come to this office because of the name LifeForce. What I found was so much more. I FINALLY found a doctor that “cared” and has a similar philosophy practicing the art of chiropractics as my previous chiropractor. Boy was I relieved. Within 3 months Dr. Jeff and Dr. Lacey were able to help me feel like myself again. I had terrible vertigo when I got started which is at a minimum these days. I love that they believe in educating their patients about how chiropractic care can help us lead a normal life. And give us a holistic approach to managing pain and injury. After about a dozen VERY brief adjustments, advice about home treatments, ice vs heat, sleeping habits and exercises, which I practiced diligently, I found my self in the same or perhaps worse pain than I had arrived with. On my last two visits, Dr Jeff was late arriving at the office, and had several people waiting. Instead of the usual three or four minute adjustment, I got a one or two minute adjustment. I cancelled my next appointment, and did the opposite of what they had advised me to do, and my pain actually decreased. Dr. Dan and his staff are so organized and helpful. I have 2 teenage sons seeing him, and he has helped immensely. Dr. Dan and his staff are absolutely amazing! My family and I have been coming to get adjusted for almost a year now. My first time at Restoration Health Chiropractic and I was very impressed! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Rebecca was amazing! Dr. Dan was so nice and took time to talk to me about all my past issues as well as the problems I’m having now. He explained each step of the process and detailed how the body is affected by these issues. I’m excited to find out tomorrow what my treatment plan will be!
Dr. Dan is fantastic. My wife and I both receive treatment at his office. He is very thorough and makes sure to take his time evaluating each patient individually with a high level of detail. He always explains what he is seeing/doing, keeping his patients well informed. This makes every appointment very efficient. His methods have proven to be very effective for me personally, as I have seen drastic improvements over my 1-1/2 months of treatment.
His staff is top tier. They have to be the most polite and welcoming group of all time. They should be the standard for all offices and customer service in general. I cannot say enough good things about them.
