Walked in with severe neck and back pain just wanted to pay and get adjusted! They wouldn’t even take me in because they wanted some insurance form that a case over two years ago was closed! I walked in to get adjusted today and there was nobody back there waiting. There was a bunch of people in front though filling out new patient forms, and the lady at the front desk told me it would be over an hour wait because of the new patients coming in. I could’ve been in and out of there before they even finished filling out their forms. I don’t understand why I would’ve had to wait for them to finish filling them out. When I was filling out my papers, there were people coming in and out of there getting adjusted and they didn’t have to wait for me.

When Dr. Chong moved to this current The Joint from another. We didn’t know and missed him then we found out he moved to current The Joint at Loehmann’s Plaza. I’ve heard great things about The Joint. I stop in at the Del Paso Blvd at 2:45Pm. First time. I’m told i can’t be seen. I stopped listening because it didn’t matter. I am HVAC Technician, i get adjusted every other week by my chiropractor, however he can’t adjust my back.
I will NOT be coming back , to this location anyway. Advertising hrs , walk ins etc and somehow I can’t be seen. Why Advertise walk ins if in fact that isn’t the case.
My boyfriend and I are regulars at The Joint. Dr. Arman is the best! She has been a huge help to us to heal our bodies. However when she’s not there the other doctors are fantastic as well. We always have a great experience and look forward to our visits.
I have been going here for close to 2 years and have never had a bad experience. It is truly a welcoming environment that cares for your physical health. I suffer from scoliosis and have significantly improved over the past 2 years I have been going.
Dr. Arman and the whole staff here are amazing! This is actually a biweekly “doctors appt” I look forward to. Dr. Arman takes her time and makes sure she checks in with you and takes care of all your needs no matter how busy they are which I love! She’s the first chiropractor I have gotten my husband to go to consistently because she is that good! Friendly, clean, and super cost-effective!!

Love, love, love the joint…Dr. Arman and her staff are the best. From the moment I walk in, no matter if it’s Jene or Cheyenne at the front desk; I am greeted by name and with friendly conversation.
Of course hands down I prefer Dr. Arman to do my adjustments, but my absolute 2nd favorite is Dr. Wally! I walked in a little under a year ago in the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life and after a lot of TLC and professional expertise from Dr. Arman and her staff my injury was improved tremendously in the exact time that she said j would recover.
I highly recommend the joint to any and everyone and have even started bring my daughters.
