a month agoI’m having a very drain full day decided to get me some comfort food. Had the famous bowl, that was almost cold which made the chicken cold. I asked for honey and butter for biscuits that were cold and hard. They give me buttermilk ranch and honey mustard. I’m usually a very nice person, but this was probably the worst meal in my past 2 months.3 months agoI had the Ultimate BBQ Fried Chicken Sandwich Combo. The sandwich is decent. It had an adequate size piece of chicken with pickles and sweet BBQ sauce. What stood out for me though were the Secret Recipe Fries. They were crispy on the outside with a little seasoning. Hot and soft on the inside. That’s exactly the way I like my fries.2 weeks agodull lighting ,food was not to up to par and some young Oriental lady screaming up a storm (real belligerent twards employees) I even heard from her mouth calling the employees “retards,slow or dumb” and what did it for me was the fact that she went as far as using and calling them the N word ending in er. please refrain from such language and if you do not like your job please seek help or another job . Management should know better especially in these days5 years agoUnfortunately this location is horrible. The service is okay, but the entire store is dirty. Not sure where to start from. The bathrooms look dirty, the toilets continue to flush for long periods of time after you initially flush them. The dining area is not kept up with. I think to myself when you walk into a restaurant with little to no cleaning, how are they really handling the foods served? In one of my pictures you can see garbage in the kitchen floor. I don’t recommend going to this KFC at all.2 months agoThis is a generous 2. I’ve visited this KFC occasionally, and the food always has this less-than-fresh look and taste. I must say I will not patronize this business in the future.

2 weeks agoI am very indignant, it is not possible for them to make fun of people, first wait 20 minutes. to be served because the store was closed, they only serve through drivethru. 2nd. I ordered Chicken Strips first 12 pieces because the real price is like hidden, it says chicken or chicken strips. but in reality the price is different, anyway, I then ordered 5 chicken strips for 14.99, and they said that that did not exist, anyway the lady who served me today, Saturday, September 23, at 2.46pm, very kind, found the combo at their register the 14.99 package that I ordered, he told me it was a combo, so I asked him to give it to me, and he gave me the soda, when I asked for the price it went up to almost $20, so again I asked them only for the strips, and I added a large salad and a large mashed potato, and it was $30.14 when I received my receipt it said it included biscuits, fries, and soda. We waited outside for 15 minutes. and they gave me only what was in the photo! I think it’s a big joke! and I want my money back! Please! What’s wrong with them? because they don’t put prepared people who know their menu! And besides, they are selling as if it were a delicatessen, and they don’t give the order correctly? There’s my receipt! Don’t go there, last time the salad was spoiled, I live far away, but this Monday I want to see the manager or the owner and I want my money back I ordered 5 tenderS and they gave me 2 pieces smaller than a Mac nugget!! I just ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo, and the food is ice-cold with a texture as hard as a rock. There’s not even any chicken in the chicken sandwich, it’s all just powder. This mix is being stolen or very least heavily cut with regular flour. What I got today was just normal fried chicken. Virtually flavorless.

The sandwich had barely any sauce on it, they forgot to include an item with my order too so what exactly did I pay for 😂 Overall this place sucks, don’t waste your time here. The lady who gave me my order was nice though. Still not getting my business ever again.
First my order was not put out through window correct. Had to phone at front door as no one would answer pounding on locked front door. And who wants to do another drive through window and talking with a speaker box?? When I got someone they came to door with a correct order. But my sauces went back inside with the wrong order bag. 3 piece tender with fries now no sauce. 1 piece nice size, 2nd and third smaller than the next. Breading missing on large piece, 2 piece breaded but dried out and had chemical smell and taste which I did not finish. 3d piece smallest was barely warm tasted right but also had aftertaste. Great was the rootbeer floats. Had a receipt in first bag but not the second corrected order. Still can’t go inside even to order. Drive through or online. I won’t be doing either at this KFC unless management reaches out.
This place closes at 11pm and I ordered drive thru at 1020 pm, and they were busy and there was a wait but it was so worth it!!! Fire chicken tenders and they got everything right on the order!!! Idk the guy who helped me but he was a tall African American dude with glasses, and there was someone in the kitchen. They hold it down. This food was BUSSIN. They need a raise!!! Thank you KFC team. You guys rock!!!!
Today, July 15, I went to the branch in North Natomas
and Miss Ghulaml served us very reluctantly. I ordered a 3 piece and 1 two piece combo and she gave me both two piece. I asked her about the salad and she told me that it is included and that is why it was a combo. Since the order was to go, I didn’t realize it until I got home and checked the ticket and indeed she charged me for what I ordered but she didn’t give me the order correctly.
Somehow either myself or the app didn’t place my order as extra crispy and I simply asked the Manager to correct it by giving me what I wanted and instead he told me he couldn’t give me the chicken that I wanted. What ever happened to simple customer service? He started yelling and was clearly bothered. I mean, it’s not his chicken! He’s not The Colonel 😀 How hard is it to simply change the order.? Same amount of chicken, same price, just the wrong type of chicken. So I tried another approach, attempting to calm him by appealing to his Hispanic culture because I too have a Hispanic background and he accused me of racism and said get out 🤣 Anything and everything but a simple change to extra crispy! Wow! This place sucks just like original recipe. As so I was stuck with this… Hey doesn’t he look like Bill Barr tho? Not to mention, when you walk in, no one greets you. As shown by the photos here. I probably should have taken notice that no one in this busy area was there for lunch and opted to go to In and Out Burger right next door. Drats! Now I’m stuck with 8 pieces of Original yuck!
