When I began going to Hands of Health Chiropractic, I was in really bad shape. I had constant headaches and could barely move my head side to side or raise my arms. I was in a world of pain 24/7. Now, over a month and a half later, I can say I am on the road to recovery. I can move my head more and raise my arms a little higher. I am still in pain, but it’s a lot more tolerable now. Dr. Anna is the best doctor. You can tell that she really really cares. Her and her staff are great. Always welcoming and friendly! And if you ever need a massage, their massage therapist is truly amazing! We went to a different chiropractor when we first got in the accident, that chiropractor didn’t do much for us. Once we started coming to Hands of Health Chiropractic, they’ve been working with us very well. They care about their patients, ask us how we are doing every visit, and work on the problems we have the best they can. Everyone is nice here, even the building itself is nice. It’s 2 months fast forward and I can’t say how much I’ve progressed. I’m walking better, have more energy and have a sense of reassurance that I can get better and not live in so much pain. I’ve been to Chiropractors in the past but none seem to have as many options as in care, for example Traction, Vibe, Shock Wave Therapy etc
I’m extremely happy with the services I’ve received in my treatment plan that was designed for me and my specific injuries.

I would have given it 1 star but I cannot disregard what Sally and Stacy did for me. I showed up to my appointment just to find out the doctor wasn’t there. He wanted me to talk to him on the phone as of that’s going to relieve my pain. Sally and Stacy were awesome and went above and beyond the service they provided. I will definitely not be returning. Had to see him for a physical exam for disability for Social Security and quite frankly he was offensive. Told me that I “look” fine. That I’m “walking and talking so what exactly is the problem?” Horrible thing to say to anyone with an invisible illness. Best massage therapist I’ve ever come across. The chiropractor was awesome also. This facility is very thorough when it comes to an adjustment, and getting rid of your tension. They relax you with a massage and complete the session with the adjustment. At first they were just going through routine not caring about my pain as if I was just there for a settlement. After coming in crying in pain Dr. Nelson who is gone now, finally began to pay attention and adjust me to actually make a difference! I went for almost a year by recommendation of them just so they could rack up a bill and leave me with nothing! The owner is in with your lawyer and they are NEVER on your side. To me the doctor they let go is the only one that cared to actually practice chiropractic work to make a difference. I called to ask if I could pay out of pocket per visit or ahead of time because I didn’t want to use the lawyer. The lawyer was sending me unprofessional text messages. They said I need to talk to the doctor. The doctor called the lawyer and said “I was not happy with their services.” The law office sent another type of unprofessional message. Never go to this chiropractor if you are actually hurt!!!! The front desk ladies actually all are nice and helpful but the practice itself is just for money not wellness. Don’t let them have you going forever and they aren’t even doing anything or don’t go the extra mile in your adjustment. Definitely a 5. The front desk ladies are always welcoming and professional. The doctors are knowledgeable and informative. I’m always in and out fast but 100% satisfied and feeling more and more back to my old, young self.
Araceli has been the best masseuse! My wife and I have felt so much relief on our aches and pains after a massage. Dr. Cruz has also been the best chiropractor and his adjustments have changed our lives. I wish I could go every week!
First timer to Stine
Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
They did the shock therapy which was fine. The doctor a very very small person ( I’m 6’1” 275lbs) was in and out in no more than 4 minutes. I had a minor issue with my neck but asked for a general tune-up. My neck was adjusted then from one side an upper back adjustment then pulled on my legs and I was out of the room. Didn’t adjust my lower back at all.
I dont go to a chiropractor very often but I have been using Dr. Rubio down the street in years past. I will be going back to him not as fancy a place but a much more complete work up.
Receptionist that checked me out was also very professional and helpful.
Honestly I’ve been around my share of chiropractor’s and this place has been life changing after 2 visits. Massage therapy best I’ve ever experienced(Amanda H) and Doctor Ryan has adjusted me like I’ve never experienced, most if not all my pain has already been relieved. I can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks Stine Chiropractic.
Dr. Cruz has been a godsend. I have hip dysplasia and it wasn’t until recently that I realized that my back pain I was having attributed mostly to my hip being out of alignment. The first time I saw him my right hip was about an inch and half out of alignment with my left hip. I saw him regularly for about a month and now I just see him about once a month for maintenance adjustment. I pay cash pay and it’s SO worth the money. And the staff is always super friendly. I’ve had a couple therapeutic massages there as well and they are intense! I am left pretty sore for a few days after but I know it’s worth the relief.
