My experience at touchstone was absolutely amazing. From the staff to the doctors I couldn’t ask for a better environment- I felt welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. I enjoy going for therapy !! Dr DiMaggio and dr Etri are hands down the best !! I would avoid this place at all cost folks! One word to describe this place – Unprofessional! The receptionist here all they do is chat and talk and do zero to little work. From administrative things like scheduling appointment to copay they can screw up things on so many level. The doctor himself has a horrible bed side manner. He rushes to see his patient bc they overbooked all the time. All he does he talk over you and don’t let you talk. One of the worst experience of my life. I’ve been going to the chiropractor for adjustments for over a decade now so fair to say that I’ve tried out many doctors by now. There have been md of the office within 10 minutes. I came across the Touch Stone Office through a Groupon deal actually and was treated by Dr. DiMaggio. In all honesty I didn’t have high expectations because I understand that not everyone is a fan of Groupon deals but I must say I was very impressed. He took his time to sit with me and go over my issues and chronic back pain and after a chiropractic adjustment he sat with me to go over a plan on how we should treat my back pain. He didn’t just rush me out after he was done and I really respected that. I was in such excruciating pain in the beginning of the week when I came in for my first appointment and it is now Friday and I have to say I feel so much better after just two appointments. I came to this office with 10/10 back pain. Now, I’m pain free! From the first day I came to this office, I had only the best experiences. I require top notch medical attention, nothing secondary. As a result, all my doctors, medical treatments and any resulting hospitalizations are done in #1 NYU Langone Medical Center in Manhattan. Other than my dentist, Drs. Abrams, Piazza & Julewicz are my only Staten Island based doctors. That speaks volumes of how I feel and think about their practice. If I could, I would rate them more than five stars!!!!

Great Dr, great staff, great experience!
I suffered from back pain for months before I started here. I was hesitant to visit a chiropractor because I was worried I’d be told to come in a few times a week for a few months to see results, and I don’t have time for that. When it got so bad I had no choice and I made an appointment at Dr. Germino. After the first visit I saw improvement already, I was thrilled. After that I saw the Dr just once a week for a few weeks and thank goodness the pain is almost completely gone! It’s always such a pleasant and relaxing experience visiting this office.

It has been many years that I have been a patient of Dr. Germino. Many a problem he has had to work with me on and always in a professional yet friendly manner. His genuine concern and readiness to work through my difficult problems have been nothing less than remarkable. It has been a pleasure for me to recommend him to many of my colleagues and friends and always with promising results. My son had serious back issues and Dr. Germino managed to get him back to good health. It is with great pleasure that I write this review for a wonderful humanitarian and now friend.
I am 5 months pregnant. I started seeing Dr. Germino because I was having terrible sciatica, once I became pregnant. The pain was so bad, I was struggling to walk. After seeing Dr. Germino on a weekly basis for the last month or so, I have been feeling tremendously better. I am able to walk normally again and I barely have any pain. The frequency of the visits that he planned has been perfect and he makes you feel comfortable during each appointment. In addition, the office is extremely efficient. The receptionist always calls to confirm your appointment and is great with re-scheduling as needed. I have never waited more than 5ish minutes to be called to be seen. As soon as I get to the room, Dr. Germino comes to do my adjustments within a few minutes and I am done! I definitely recommend Dr. Germino and his wonderful staff!
Dr Germino’s office is great. I came to his office in bad shape after a car accident and I am finally starting to feel better. I still have a ways to go with physical therapy but his office has very friendly staff and even better—very little wait time for appointments! I’m so happy I was referred to his office he is a wonderful doctor.
Dr. Germino is a great Chiropractor. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring and attentive. He is genuinely concerned. Dr. Germino help me in relieving my pain. His entire staff, not remembering all names, are professional, caring and friendly. I highly recommend him.
