  I have done liss treatment here and after hair wash at home, treatment came off. They announced offer here, asked to pay more than in offer which is still ok but if treatment is coming off from hair its of no use to come here . I wasted my whole day here and no use to pay. worst staff at reception not valuing time customer gives. I had to call thrice to get an 2nd appointment to check issue with my hair. Which after checking is issue with customers hair because hair are thin treatment wont stay, should have communicated earlier itself.. Not satisfied.
  If you expect small business should be valued, First learn to value customer their time, attend them on time.. Dont expect apology from them for writting reviews !!!

  Great service! They take time to evaluate your hair and provide good recommendations. The salon is clean and the members are very friendly. The spa services are very relaxing and the ambiance is set up for you to go and relax.   Perks of being on Paytm Insider: That’s where I recieved my Free Haircut from Jean- Claude Biguine, Bandra West. Have been to multiple salons earlier but none of them suggested anything different. But here I was appointed Shahbaaz ( the sr. stylist ) who suggested something that looks amazing on me after a long long time. Great consultation, great knowledge, great and genuine suggestions about what would suit you.
  Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for your next hair services. Yes the prices are on the higher end ( although mine was free 😅, lucky me ) but it’s worth it.

  I agree with the negative reviews addressed by some dissatisfied customers. The front desk guy has given me an appointment for a men’s haircut and the second they knew I was claiming my voucher, they canceled my appointment. The owner of this place has to feel shameful for training his staff with these cheap tactics and letting people down. I’ll never step into this salon and will never recommend. And living next to the salon, I’ll make sure all our friends and neighbours stay away from this place. Hopefully they learn to be good citizens and do business respectfully.

  This is a truly professional Salon. Their hair stylish are one of the best in town.
  Also the beauty treatments are one of the best.
  One thing, I just love about this Salon is that they are not hungry to mint money from the customer. They suggest services with in is actually required unlike other salons which will recommend only expensive services.

  Just got a haircut with Prashant and I absolutely love it. He listened to my hair needs and my goal and showcased it through his cut. My hair feels much healthy and looks great!

  Great choice for hair salon. All the staff was extremely kind and helpful and the service was great. Priya, was the one to assist me for a gel nail pedicure. She was friendly, fast and very professional.

  They are an experienced and talented bunch. Vibe of the salon is chill with few cats and dogs walking around and some music playing.

  It did burn a small hole in my pocket money wise, however I am extremely satisfied with experience.

  Chaitali was my stylist and she did a fab job. Plus she is a kind and fun person to talk to. Unlike other salons where they make you feel bad about how you look to sell you more services, she was very sweet and didn’t do any of that.

  I would definitely recommend this place. 🙂

  My hairstylist is definitely better than your!!!!
  So i had booked an appointment with ankita and she was extremely patient with me understood the colours i wanted, definitely exceeded my expectations. I mean just look at my hair. She really did bring out the beauty of my hair. Im not gonna trust anyone else with my hair, i guess that’s the perks of meeting the right hairstylist!!! Love that there are stray dogs and cats in the salon.

  Worst experience and service I ever faced. I regret my decesion to visit the salon. They are also not providing basic service, Even after charging too high.
  I have done haircut with the owner, And he did worst haircut I ever have.
  After hair cut no one clean chop hair from body and they are done. After triming beard no lotion has been applied. Dont fall for them by watching fake promotion videos.
  Instead go nearby saloon which are far more better. Waste of time and money.
  I would have like to give 0 star If this option is present.
