They upgraded my HVAC unit, properly fixed my coil and compressor, fully cleaned our attic, installed new vents, and upgraded our thermostat ! Cleaned my attic very throughly. Got rid of super old vents and installed brand new wider vents. Overall, house is now temperature controlled. Very cool and quiet. They performed this entire change in 1 day. Liked that they did the replacement of the AC/Heater filter as it was included in the maintenance fee of $25 a month with extensive evaluation to make sure it was running efficiently and they did not install it. Very informative and communicated well. As for the plumbing side of it, I had them out and they wanted to charge me to change the water filter cause they didn’t install it. It was a simple two filter system. So I don’t understand why the plumbing side would want to charge it. So we will do with another company. But Matthew did a great job so I don’t want to take away from that. Because I am happy with the service he performed. However I will Have to rethink long term benefits of the maintenance contract. The technician was prompt to arrive, within 2 minutes had diagnosed what the problem was. Obtained the repair parts. And very efficiently removed old parts and installed the new ones. Was friendly, and even explained what he was doing, and why. I highly recommend this individual and company for the attention and customer service they provided. - Reviews:In 2020 I purchased the Option One Membership which included a free water heater flush if I bought two years of service for the flush. Last year they called to schedule the service but my home was being remodeled so I opted not to have the service. So this year they called again to schedule and Cristian was the service man. I got a text just before he was to arrive and he was on time. He is the nicest guy! He did everything efficiently and asked if there was any other things I needed done. I mentioned a couple of items which he looked at and gave me a quote. I said I would think about it and maybe do it at a later time. I was really impressed that Option One followed up with my membership purchase. Called All City Plumbing about 7pm on 12/30/21. We needed the water heater replaced immediately for our tenants as the existing one had completely died. Matt was dispatched within 30 mins. He completed the free estimate and confirmed the power vent and expansion tank had run their course. Since all suppliers had already closed for the night, Matt made it a priority this morning 12/31/21 to locate a supplier that carried the water heater we needed. We appreciate Matt for coming to our aid by replacing the water heater and expansion tank. He’s professional, provides clear explanation of the issues, provided after pics and also drove to our home to receive payment. It was awesome to meet him in person and shake his hand for a job well done. Great work and Customer Service at its finest! Thanks so much!
I have an older home on a raised foundation (1939) . I’m usually able to clear out slow drains and clogs but when I was not able to, I called three plumbing companies.
Of all three companies, Ruben Silva with All City provided me with a number of options ranging from a basic clean out to a complete repiping. He did not try and pressure me into choosing the most expensive option as did the first company that came out.
Ruben, Maurice, Nick, and Gustavo did an amazing job. They worked from the time they arrived until the time they left. (I kept offering water or food just so they would take a break, but they politely declined).
They were very professional and did their best not to disrupt my home any more than was necessary.
The project was almost a complete repiping of the drains (removing all the HEAVY original cast iron). Once they completed the work, you would have never known it had been turned inside out.
I’m appreciative that they arrived when they said they would and very grateful they completed the project as planned.
I highly recommend All City Plumbing but hopefully the next time I need them it will be for a planned project 🙂
Matt was the technician from All City Plumbing who came out to install an whole house filtering system. I was very impressed with Matt professionalism and craftsmanship with re-piping the water through the whole house filter. It looks great! I’m very happy with the results.

Our kitchen floor near the sink is wet. We thought it’s a slap leak. Mike and his team came to do the leak inspection. We found its sewer pipe leaks behind the dishwasher. Mike, Eddy, Morris are very patient and experience. They showed you the leak and explained how to fix that. They cut the wall and stucco to fix the leak, and patched the wall and Stucco. This is a great experience working with Mike and his team. I will use them again for my future plumbing issues. Thanks All City sent out this great team.
