  1. Kyle was super professional, very friendly and a total stand-up guy! We had a serious problem with sewage backing into our shower and toilet, both overflowing and our maintenance at the apartment complex couldn’t, or wouldn’t handle this situation for over 48 hours. This gentleman came in and handled things perfectly, to a T and in a timely manner too. He did what our maintenance couldn’t in less than an hour. This man deserves a raise. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber or has a plumbing emergency. Kyle! Thank you so much for all your help, we really appreciate all your hard work!   2. Jeff was awesome! He got to us quickly and got right to work while remaining friendly and professional. After our sewage pipe had backed up and water was leaking everywhere, we were stressed (to say the least). But Jeff helped to put our mind at ease. He quickly diagnosed the issue and cleared the clog. It should be mentioned that this call was on Thanksgiving at dinner hour! A HUGE thank you to Jeff for taking time away from his family to help us!!

  3. Great customer service. Quick response for next day service.
    Pricing was very high though. Less than an hour spent replacing a kitchen sink hose and faucet( which I provided) cost me $567. Seemed high at the time, but work had to be done. I asked around after the fact and several people said I probably paid about double what I should have for this service. We are not upset, but don’t plan on using you again in the future.

  4. Josh and Scott were awesome. We diagnosed the issue and they gave me a quick quote. As soon as I agreed to the quote they ran out to grab parts and were back a half hour later. Started working on what I would consider to be a decently large job and were done within 2 hours of arriving at my front door. I was in the crawl space with them asking a million questions and they were more than happy to accommodate me and answer my questions. They wanted to make sure that I understood every part of the process. I’m very happy to have been sent Josh and Scott , and hopefully I don’t have to, but would not hesitate to call them again.

  5. Excellent personnel ( Tim, Keith and Kenny). Knew what they were doing to work in concert with subcontractor bobcat operator to replace our ancient sewer system. They were friendly and answered all if my many questions. Their attention to cleaning up and safety were amazing. 5 stars to this crew. They were attentive to our plantings and endured our being able to replant those that had to be moved.

    Jeremy from Essig Plumbing came out to our home today to fix a malfunctioning toilet and connect the water dispenser and ice maker on our new refrigerator to the water source. We were exceptionally pleased with the service call. Jeremy was prompt, personable, polite, and efficient. He remedied both issues skillfully, and tidied up the areas when finished. He was a pleasure to have in our home. We will definitely use Essig for future plumbing needs (may they be few and far between). Highly recommend.

    Thomas is a trustworthy and experienced professional. He is thorough and detail-oriented. He is articulate and relational.     We had Essigs come out for routine service on our boiler and we found out that we should probably think about getting a new one. Well we opted instead to do a mini split option with heat pump. 2 birds 1 stone, we would get ac and have an additional heat source (along with the wood stove.) It was a 2 day install as we had 2 units installed, one on either side of the house. Weston and another tech named Josh came out both days and they did an amazing job! Both guys were super nice, super professional. They were courteous, and they were proficient. Let us know everything they were doing, and they cleaned up well after they were done and made sure we knew how to operate the units and answered any questions we had. I honestly can not say one bad thing about either of the guys or the job they did! I would recommend them to anyone!

    The plumbers that came out were nice but because they seen that I was frantic and really in need I feel I was taken advantage of. I have a small sink in my bathroom and the plumber told me that he could fix my sink for $400. I then ran to atm while they began fixing it. Upon doing so I trusted the men in my house because I live alone and had just come from the hospital. By time I got back they were already done with the sink. Its a really small sink. I then asked could I take a bird bath because I can’t use the tub? The plumber said no. He said that he found another leak. I stated that why would you charge me $400 for something that I can’t use. He stated that he needed to wait for the pipes to unfreeze. Fast forward to last week the new people who are working on my house turned on the water and the pipe that THE PLUMBING WORKS supposedly fixed was spaying all over. When I called the company and asked why is this happening they then said because the pipe that they fixed is compensating for the other side. So they fixed a product that was doomed to fail. In there desperate attempt to take advantage who obviously knew nothing about plumbing and was in desperate need. This was is the wrong way of doing business. It should be stopped. They should come fix my sink like they said when I gave them the money. So they are trying to charge me almost $1000 for a small sink and I mean its really small. I wish you guys could see this.

    Fast, on time and professional. Ryan was very knowledgeable and they did a great job. Had a expansion tank installed and the broken whole house humidifier removed. Also fixed one vent that didn’t get much air. Thank you.

    My pipes froze up on Christmas Eve.. I was with out water. I called the plumbing work’s answering service. Jason called me back within the hour and stated that we will be out sometime today. I was blessed and humble that someone was coming out on Christmas Eve. He sent Avion to do the job. They explained everything to me. I was very pleased this is my second time using their service. Avion gave me some tips to make sure that in the future not to have frozen pipes again.
