- Reviews:I was in need of a new sewer line. I was gathering estimates. Scott came out and went over all the possible scenarios that could happen during this process. He gave me some very reasonable estimates. They were able to get me an appointment quickly. Dustin, Landon and Josh Austin came out and started digging to get to the pipe. They did a fantastic job installing the new sewer line! Dustin did a great job leveling my yard back out! They also found a drain line in need of repair. Garrett came out and fixed that up quickly for me. Gina and Crystal in the office took care of all my questions and concerns with the paperwork. I appreciate all of you for being so polite, respectful and honest with me. All of you were fantastic to work with! Evan and Garrett came into a job and found many obstacles with the existing line, it was deeper than expected, large rocks and a tight work space. I will be completely honest when I say that the estimated for the work was $5,500 and I feel that that was very high. However I went through with the work and was absolutely pleased with the finished results. A lot of work was done to clean up the old pipe work and run a new vent so I do understand, but still??? Needless to say Eric & Landon we’re very professional and easy to talk to. I would definitely allow them to do work at my home again. Three years we’ve used their services and I gotta say, the techs are always courteous and professional, quite thorough, and able to explain the processes and options. If you’re a homeowner wondering if it’s worth it, I’d say absolutely.
Edit: (1 year later) Just had an all new heating and air system installed. The crew worked their tails off and absolutely exceeded expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the work. They even did some impressive landscaping (on this hot September day) to set the new outside unit! Great bunch of people, too! Many thanks to the crew and to Air Services.
Another great experience with Air Services after the season’s first cold snap. I’m sure they were swamped with calls, but they were able to get a technician (the wonderful Tyler McCown) out early the next day to coax our HVAC into pumping out some heat. It was a minor issue that Tyler easily explained to me. I’m always impressed by how good the communication is between the office, technicians, and the customer.
I called the Air Services Company at approximately 5pm. They were able to immediately get me in and had a repairman at my house by 630pm. Jeff (HVAC repairman) was extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem and made knowledgeable recommendations as well as get our furnace repaired well enough to be used until we decide what to do. We have an Extremely old unit that really needs to be replaced. However, Jeff didn’t try to push us into a new furnace. He discussed our options with us and informed us of the safety issues with our current system. He was very kind and easy to communicate with. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone I know!

Alright seldom in life do you find a company that you’d probably trust your life with. I’ve been a loyal customer for years! They’ve installed a AC, Heater, added air ducts, a plenum, and fixed my Sewar line! And they did it quick and efficiently! They’re incredibly kind and always ALWAYS! Bend over backwards to make it right. Even if there was a manufacturing defect they take it upon themselves to fix the problem and keep me happy. I really can’t say enough about them. I’m a customer for life, trust me guys (and gals) these are the people you want. A company like this doesn’t come around in 10 lifetimes. Just a note, i always go out of my way to call the supervisors after every job to let them know how every technician they send me is just out of this world amazing, but I’m leaving a review today because i had 10! 10 employees come over 2 days in the pouring rain and shine to quickly diagnose and fix my sewar line! Who does that? Talk about efficiency! If air services was a person I’d propose to them!
Also just to add “become a VIP member” it is worth its weight in gold!
We had a 2 ton mini split installed in our home and air services made it such a quick and easy process! All the guys from every department were courteous and kind and very informative. They gave us a set price and offered financing. They also removed and took away our old furnace, capped off all the valves and the hole in the ceiling. They took their time showing me how to use and maintain our new mini split system and checked that it was functioning properly multiple times before they left. We will definitely give these guys a call again if we ever need anything!
