- Reviews:I contacted the Plumbing Doctor at 7:47am and spoke with the owner who assured me he would have someone call me back in 15 min. At 7:56am I received a call from a lovely lady, Brianna. Who set up an appointment for me between 8am – 10am. The techs (Richard and Paul) arrived around 815am or so. They asked me questions and immediately knew what to do. They gave me a quote and got to work. They were, prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. They completed the job from start to finish in less than an hour or so. Mikey recommended a couple of homeowner maintenance items and said since the system was currently operating normally to just monitor it and call if it goes out again and they will contact the manufacturer for me. They did a great job hooking up my city water! Were very proactive and considerate, always asked me about moving my things out of the way, coming inside, etc. Brian the supervisor was really easy to work with. Josh the team lead was very efficient and communicated options to me as the project progressed. Technicians Brian and Jose were also great. Finally, I appreciated that they coordinated the utilities/surveying and city water inspection for me, which made things a lot more hands off for me!
We have used Fletchers Plumbing regularly for the past 23 years. They are always able to come out and provide timely service to us when we need them. Over the years they have installed and repaired and offered extra advice and protection to us for all of our plumbing needs for a reasonable cost. Last year we replaced our water system/piping from the water pump on our property to the house (over 600′). We had a few issues with that along the way but none that weren’t taken care of in a timely manner…thank you Jeff!
Some years ago, Fletcher’s remodeled our main bathroom & Clint did an “outstanding” job of tiling the counter, backsplash, tub area & new shower stall. It’s still as beautiful as ever!
Also smaller projects like faucet problems as well as a leakage issue with our septic…other staff & Clint responded quickly & fixed that too! Thank you Clint/staff!
Last year I selected a new water softening system (Kinetico) from Jim at Fletcher’s & am happy with it. It’s easy to understand & I can replace the filters myself & add my own rock salt. Thank you Jim!

We had purchased a new washer and dryer. Upon installation, I was advised that our washing machine hookups were leaking and needed to be replaced. I called Fketcher’s right away and they were able to have someone out the following day! From scheduling our appointment, to having the repairs done, everyone was extremely friendly (and always have been). Our technician was great! He explained what needed to be done, gave me an estimate, and got to work. Everything is working great now and we are so pleased. We do not like to need a plumbing service, but when we do we are sure glad that you are there. Thank you Fletchers!
