He was very very professional and knew what he was talking about, he also didn’t pressure us into anything or try to up sell any products. Michael Ibarra is a tradesman I highly recommend you ask for when it comes to installation. Him and his helper (no name listed but a guy with a lot of tattoos) absolutely killed it and had 0 intent on any corner cutting and made it very clear on what he was doing and why. They worked very hard to get my furnace and AC installed and up and running. *ASK FOR HIM TO DO YOUR WORK* Joseph Rodriguez did all the electrical work in order to get everything finished up and also went out of his way to get two of my kitchen outlets working again when they stopped working a few months ago. He said it was an easy fix but I’m still very grateful. As for somewhere in management, we were given a two day window to have everything installed and completed. They gave the boys other work instead of having us somewhere up on a priority list, putting our job up to 4 days. The 4th just to essentially plug it in and get it running. We had to deter our vacation plans on the 3rd day just for them to say “they’re understaffed” which resulted in us cancelling plans for no reason. And nobody ended up showing up to get our unit running. Which is why I can only give Heart a 4 star rating, but that’s a management issue not a worker issue.By Ryan ____ (8 months ago)They replied quickly and sent someone over same day. It was a good call. Heart was really amazing through the whole process start to finish. They sent out Jade for my estimate and he was as professional and polite as I could have asked for. Answered all my questions without making me feel like I was clueless. Admittedly, the cost was higher than I would have hoped, but I feel like I bought value for the long run and that counts for a lot. Jade and Talon performed my install and they did an amazing job. The technicians are always prompt, professional, courteous, and tidy. They take the time to explain what they’re doing and why; we always learn from them. The communication from the scheduling team is second-to-none. You receive texts, emails, and phone calls. It really helps with planning your day. We’ve now joined Heart as members and have used them for Swamp Cooler repair as well as Sewer and Plumbing inspections and now Plumbing Repair. Every team has been great so far. Adam was very friendly and professional and I wish I could have gotten the work done. After determining that all that was needed is a basic drain cleaning I was informed that it would cost $750 to clean two drains. Apparently they charge insane prices if it is a rental property hoping that the landlord gets trapped into paying it. If you like your landlord at all look elsewhere. I don’t know how much he would have tried to charge if it was an owner occupied home but I have a feeling it is quite a bit more than the industry standard. We initially called AAA for their $79 drain clean. I can’t remember the name of the guy who came to clean our line, but he was very personable and professional. He wore shoe covers in our house and put down a mat at the cleanout. He talked us through what he felt, but recommended that his teammate came with the camera to scope the line.
Jim Anderson came arrived on time to run a scope through our sewer line. Similarly, he wore shoe covers and protected our flooring while he worked. It was determined that we needed to replace the ceramic sewer line in our yard. Jim walked me through our options and described the work that would be done and how it may affect our property. He was thorough, knowledgeable, reasonable, and kind. He helped us quickly schedule the replacement.
Less than a week later, the dig crew (Edwardo, Manuel, and Oscar) were at our house for the replacement. You guys – they were AWESOME!!! They were quick, clean, and concise. They did a really great job on the concrete pour back too! Our yard was a hot mess. Piles of dirt everywhere. We left to pick up our daughter and take her to an appointment and when we got home with her an hour or so later, they were finished, cleaned up, and you could barely tell that our yard was all tore up just hours earlier. I’ve included some pictures because it shows it so much better.
AAA Service is the real deal. I highly recommend their service if you are in need. High Five AAA!
It was pleasure working with our technician John Johnson and all of AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric. During a trip out of country, our water heater of only six years decided to go on us. Having our water heater go out while being gone is one of my worst fears as a homeowner. Luckily, John was able to look at the issue within 24 hours. He provided plenty of pictures so I could see the issues myself, and we decided to replace before it got worse. After seeing the detail of the finished project it was worth every penny. It was even $1000 less than another quote we were given by a company that couldn’t even be bothered to take pictures. Very happy with John’s work and all the kind support staff over the phone!
What a great service! While we don’t always expect such a quick response, we called AAA at 8am for water leaking from our toilet and Doug Hammond showed up at our house at 9am. He was quick, thorough, and professional. The charges and work were very transparent. This our second time working with AAA and both have great experiences with good outcomes. The people are all very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
We had a great experience with our plumber – John Johnson. He was very nice and quick to find the issues. He explained what was going on and gave us a few good options. We appreciated that he took pictures and showed us what the issues were.
On a personal level, he was very kind and a joy to chat with. Even our dog Chloe liked hanging out with him! It was a very good interaction. Great guy.
Austin was the tech that came out to repair my furnace and get it up and running again. He was polite and efficient. Very pleased with his service.
Gordon Stockman did an amazing job of replacing my water heater. He took his time to properly evaluate the issues at hand and made appropriate recommendations.
