Knowing that the water heater may leak more (since it had already started), he scheduled an early replacement for me and showed up exactly at the time we set. He was very personable when arriving and explained the steps of what would happen for the replacement before starting. His work was fantastic and since my younger Son was home as well, we stayed downstairs for some of the install (as I knew he’d have questions) and Derek explained the steps. My Son particularly enjoyed the blow torch demo (from a safe distance, of course). Derek kept the workspace clean and removed everything as he left. I would definitely recommend New Hudson Plumbing and will give Derek a call next time I need some plumbing work.By T.J. I came home to an unexpected water leak on a Saturday morning. A&R was the only plumber to respond and send their plumbers within an hour, on a weekend! Great service and price, I will definitely use them again.
I woke up on a Sunday morning to a partially flooded basement because of a broken water heater. I called A and R and one of the owners (Adam) answered my call and was very informative even though they were closed. After calling a couple other places I called them back. I proceeded to call Adam several more times that day and they answered all my questions and helped me save some labor cost. Then on Monday morning the new water heater was replaced right away! Very efficient and quick.
Quick, efficient water heater replacement. Called first thing in morning. Crew sent after another job finished and hot water back by lunch. Good communication, friendly guys and tidy.
I called A&R with a list of 4 items, with one item, my sump pump, being an urgent issue. A plumber (Zack) was at my house in about 20 minutes. A new sump pump was installed and the other items on my list (drain plug, pipe issue and draining my water heater) were also completed. Zack was knowledgeable, polite and answered all of my questions. Work was done professionally and charges were reasonable. Definitely recommend A&R and will use them again.
A&R Showed up for a difficult job in a tight space . They did an amazing job at a reasonable price. The entire staff from top to bottom were professional and courteous. They are now my go to plumbers .
