I’m A Fast Pass Member @ Zips Car Wash (IN EVERY STATE EXCEPT ALABAMA) So I’m Used To Using These Express Washes!in the last weekGood experience. Wish their wheel cleaners did a better job on my wheels. Also, they should have a station where you can grab water and clean your wheels with your own tools if preferred.2 months agoThis carwash is superb; there is no reason you shouldn’t have a car wash membership here… its definitely cheaper than paying one car wash at a time! There are always great staff to lightly scrub your car before you enter the wash, along with fresh clean towels to wipe down your investment/vehicle (and by the way… tip the staff when you can… they are worth it!). There is nothing like a clean car; other than a fully paid for car 😆!in the last weekI get my car washed here weekly! Ive always had a good experience and Sam is usually the person on duty and always greets you with a great attitude! Highly recommend!

2 weeks agoNot bad but it didn’t get all of the dirt off of my hood. $15 wash option. Minimal soap scum on window. Probably the best wash in dothan. I would give them more stars but the dirt on the hood just doesn’t sit well. I mean that is the first thing you probably see on a car.2 months agoVery quality car wash! I hadn’t wash my SUV in almost a year and it came out looking brand new. Only problem was card payment mode wasn’t working but the two guys that worked there were very helpful. I’ll definitely go back there to have it washed again. Thanks guys.2 months agoTruck got stuck in there car wash, then they told me its my fault, and made me pay the towing fee.2 months agoBeen using this car wash since it opened because it was on our side of town, never had a bad experience till now, for reasons the entire right side of my car was not rinsed nor obviously dry… when using the vacuum on the east bay 2 there was something stuck in the nozzle and it was this massive hair knot that would not allow the vacuum to work. So used the one next to it. Not super impressed today especially for 15 dollars.2 months agoThe car wash was not working right at all today and did a horrible job of cleaning the car. $20 later I still had a dirty car. It is usually a really good car wash that is a little pricey.

Great wash! Smells phenomenally like mint. Vacuums work exceptionally well. Clean area, obviously well-maintained. Garbage storages emptied regularly. Complementary cleaning products and towels available were great. We’ll definitely be back.
Got my car washed, cleaned and valeted by a really friendly American guy. He was really good at getting the wheels and inside really clean. The price was really fair compared to others I checked out. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.👍
My car was damaged on 6/19/2023 and the staff was very efficient in taking my info, photos of my vehicle, and filing a report. HOWEVER the manager has yet to contact me and cannot be reached by phone. They responded to this review but the cowards wont return a call.
The one lady working was trying. She gets a 10/10 but she can only do so much. The machines were only accepting cash, cool, I had some.
She was able to scrub one side of my truck, understandable for only being 1 person.
The suction on the vacuums was almost nonexistent & it didn’t clean my truck that well & I spent $18!
This place is inadequate. The car wash left soap all over my vehicle and when I asked the employee to rinse it she rinsed half of my vehicle . Highly do NOT recommend, I will never be going back. Worst $24 car wash I have ever experienced.
