3 weeks agoOne Of The World worst Car Wash i have ever Experienced . Paid for the top program, Went In and out with the same dirty car.
People who are working there have absolutely no customer service. They are only looking for a fight when you share your Complaints and they have even told me “show us what you can do” .
This will end for sure at the Better Business Bureau and Claim Court, for the rip off there, but also for the rudeness, disrespect and attitude.I wish rating can be done with no stars But System does not allow that
3 weeks agoMy car was filthy and I decided to get the $16 Platinum Wash. I told I hoped to drive through and that I hoped to come out looking like a NEW BMW. We laughed and he said. “If you need to run through a second time come back around it’s free and part of our service!”
So I did and man that got my car sparkling.
My new favorite car wash now.a year agoThe car wash is a big help with our busy schedule. I wish the tire shine would look like it actually applied something to both of our cars. We pay for the gold car wash.. See attached picture and you decide if the tire shine actually worked. Other than that, be careful when entering/exiting the wash. The attendant tends to crowd the cars too close together and when exiting the wash several cars nearly get into rear end collisions.Please manage this process better. If cars are not pulling out, don’t continue sending more cars through causing grid lock and possible rear end collisions when exiting the wash tunnel.
2 months agoWash was ok, but the wheels are never clean and the protectant leaves a rough film on everything. I wish i could get a wash WITHOUT the protectant. The other complaint is the BLACK water in the drying area
After closing, the whole are should be washed down.in the last weekMy first time there & I didn’t like it. Car came really wet, still dirty, the vacuum didn’t had the strength to suck everything

a week agoI wouldn’t recommend this wash. It’s a disaster. I tried 2 different portals and both of them were out of foam(( only water was available.
Switch on the box looks like it’s never been cleaned, high pressure air hose is broken… no workers here to ask a question.
My car still dirty after a washed it twice.
If u r coming from Europe so u know how self wash should be working, so don’t even expect this is the same car wash3 months agoGiven the lack of available self service car wash placing in my area it was nice to find one. However it is in bad condition. The dial to control the functions was off. The dryer was broken. The wheel cleaner was broken. The sprayers were not in good shape. I cannot recommend this place. Also given the lack of competition it is very busy.2 months agoFirst time I ever used the place didn’t know that if you swipe a credit card it keeps going until it’s time to stop it doesn’t mention the fact you got to push a button to stop it cost me almost 45 bucks. I was very very unhappy.! Did not expect that to happen whatsoever I will not be going back.3 weeks agoU pay a monthly fee for unlimited exterior washes and slf interior. Well worth it12 months agoSometimes there is a line but it goes quick. I like this do it yourself carwash because I can control the pressure of the wand to reduce any potential damage to my car as opposed to the drive in wash. It’s cheap and fast and easy

the most well kept carwash i’ve been to and the attendants are friendly.
Love this place. Inexpensive and yet a first class clean. Has a shaded area with great vacuum and air blower to get water out of crevices. A+
Good wash on black car. Dry/vacuum area plenty roomy & strong vacs! Damian goes out of his way to make sure experience is good. He even sprays on the Meguiar’s Tire Shine on your vehicle personally! I’ll be back!
paid cash for a car wash, got in line. line didn’t move for 20 minutes. turns out the wash was broken and they had to let us out the back gate. i asked if i can just get my 11 dollars back since i paid with cash and they insisted no refunds and gave me a card for a car wash next time. don’t feel safe coming back to this place if their system malfunctions
Machine stopped twice during my car wash. If I wasnt in a hurry I would ask for another car wash or refund. Car was not completely clean at all. Go somewhere else.
