2 months agoThe lack of communication from the mechanic, coupled with their outrageous prices, has left me feeling dissatisfied. I would strongly advise anyone seeking automotive services to avoid this establishment at all costs.
I do feel the need to mention that I encountered an issue with the pricing of the windshield wiper blade replacement. When I inquired about getting my wiper blades changed, I was quoted a price of $55, which seemed rather steep. Curious, I decided to explore other options and discovered that another place charged only $7 for the same service.
While I understand that prices can vary between establishments, the significant difference in cost for a simple wiper blade replacement raised concerns for me.
Kwik Kar Lube’s failure to provide effective communication, fair pricing, and quality service is simply unacceptable. It is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. Save yourself the headache and frustration by taking your business elsewhere.

We paid for a full detail on my car and shame on me for not taking a hard look at everything before leaving. When I got home there was still dirt all over the paneling. I knew some stuff wouldn’t come out but I took most of the spots off myself with a Clorox wipe. That tells me they just didn’t care. And it wasn’t one spot, it was a lot. So now I’m thinking there are spots on the seats that probably can come out, they just didn’t try. Very disappointing.

Lots of great-smelling suds and blowers that nearly blow the paint off along with the window wiper blades…lol and when you reach the end of the colorful ride your met with happy but hot looking employee’s. There are a lot of carwash places out there but this is one of the nicer ones and we will be back soon.4 months agoI’ve been using the Palm Valley location for 5+ yrs with outstanding experience & service. My last 3 experiences have been quite the opposite. Check-in was courteous; prewash prep was minimal, and today, at the towel dry station only one person was drying two lanes because, who looked like a manager, pulled one guy to resupply towels in the customer vac area. Recently, the “clean cloth” baskets have been empty. Are you under new management? Poor customer service will soon lead to fewer customers, especially with several new car washes opening in the area. Please step up your service quality!in the last weekIt’s impossible to cancel a membership if you move away. The online feature doesn’t work, no one picks up the phone, the online contact form doesn’t get returned, and the text option goes unanswered. The wheels stay shiny for weeks!
And all packages come with a free towel drying by one of the employees. The tire cleaning alone is worth the $25!

Such sick of a place. and staff at this car wash. Been here a couple of days ago and the car had sop stains all over the glass and body. Tried drawing talking to the staff and was asked to clean it myself with a so called fresh cloth… like seriously!!! I had no clue thts how car wash works… Hmmm… glad to have discovered that mate!
I had asked for another wash and was denied and upon insisting was they took down my details telling me they would call me back… Yeah and they did give me an imaginary phone call..
JUST AVOID THIS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DECENT CAR WASH.
We have an unlimited car wash on one of our cars and we are going to cancel it.
I would like to start saying that the gentleman at the customer service spot when you arrived to find out about which service you are going to use… is AMAZING!! He is a very well spoken young gentleman with lots of patience and explained every options that this company offer with lots of details! What a great way to start a morning shift! He was smiling and energetic!! Kuddos to him and the rest of the team.

It’s not a bad experience. It was really fast and there was a large line. Only downside, there were still dirty parts on the car after running through the wash. If you want more detail, do it yourself by hand. I did touch up cleaning once I got home. I took my vehicle there because I wanted a quick clean for trading it in. Very friendly staff.
A very reasonably priced car wash that includes a hand towel dry. Free vacuums and complimentary glass cleaner and towels for use in the vacuum bays. Staff is always working hard and do a great job.
Editing my review 5/14/23: unfortunately this place has started going downhill. Something has changed in the last year or two, and my wrangler doesn’t get cleaned well. It’s possible it’s the shape of my fender flares, but even after a hand dry it’s still filthy. I’ve given it a few tries before changing my review, but I end up coming home and finishing the wash.
The last couple of washes have not been good. My car has still been dirty after the fact so I’ve had to go back and wash my car by hand in my own.
And nobody answers the phones. I’ve been trying to call and cancel my membership for almost a week now and have left a message and callback number and never heard back.
If you’re getting a car wash just once it’s probably worth it, but definitely don’t get a membership here.
