- Reviews:I went there today for an extraction consultation and I’ll also eventually need an implant. They were very nice and courteous and efficient. They gave me detailed information about my options and quotes for cost. In no way did they try to pressure me to get it done and to make an appointment to get it done at their office. They respected that I wanted to see if it would cost me less elsewhere and to think about it and do my calculations first. Many places do that; they pressure you to do a procedure at their office and warn you if you wait that prices will go up. This place doesn’t do that. I will say that they are pricey, but not the most expensive out there. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. My dentist, Richard, was fantastic – he was super nice, funny, and gave me some excellent advice not only about good dental habits but also about life in general which was a nice touch. Steven was also a great help, understanding my financial situation and providing me with options that fit my budget. His kindness and willingness to help really stood out to me and made my visit even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this dental office for anyone looking for a positive and affordable experience. The staff was fantastic, and made me feel like a valued patient. Getting numbing shots didn’t hurt, working in the mouth didn’t hurt or take long. The hygienists were great and very friendly. However they will get your $$$ first (rather expensive than later much lower price for that service when final dealing with your insurance) and the difference we have paid is never return to us. He was understanding of my situation and fit me in right away. The doctors and nurses were all friendly and helped me through my anxiety and made my visit so pleasant. I will recommend to office to all my friends and family. *I do suffer from anxiety from some PTSD so they prescribed me a xanax to take an hour before which made my experience that much more pleasant * All the staff goes above and beyond. - Reviews:I called as an out of town emergency. They took me in as a walking same day. Even though if took about 3.5 to 4 hrs to get everything done; they were patient with me understanding my pain tolerance. They treated me with the respect deserved. Thank you so much for getting me seen same day to have my absess and extraction taken car of which my home dentist couldnt two weeks ago. They pain from by broken tooth has subsided. I have many adult teeth that are impacted, so here I am at 29yrs and still have baby teeth! Yes baby teeth. I’ve also had a chipped front tooth for a few years now and it’s made me really self conscious when it comes to smiling, at times even just talking to people makes me uncomfortable and insecure. I came to Anaheim dental today because my mouth is constantly hurting. They took great care of me and even tho they were very busy they made sure I wasn’t just waiting around forever, they made me feel comfortable. There was one dental assistant in particular who went above and beyond for me. She was so sweet and damn good at her job!! She really went the extra mile to make sure I was okay! Her name was Kayla I believe. She needs a raise! Lol. Anyways they fixed that chipped tooth and got to pull out a 29yr old baby tooth too!! Haha. Thankfully I can go to bed tonight without pain and wake up tomorrow smiling big without feeling insecure about it! I highly recommend this dentist!!! 10 stars if I could. Drove all the way from Long Beach after calling and calling with no answer and chatting with bot on their homepage. I never received a call back like they said so I had no choice but to drive out there. Once I got there I waited a few minutes then went up to ask a question (good thing I did too) they refused to see me even though I had medi-cal and wanted me to pay $75 for the consultation and $300+ for an extraction because my old insurance was pulling up. This could have all been avoided if I had received my telephone call back like I was promised or even answered their phone when I called the 10x the day before. Do not go here unless your insurance reimburses you. Such a shame too, their office hours are great, but poor communication and customer service skills!By The Entertainment Critic (2 months ago)I have only had one toothache prior to this one that I experienced Friday night so I wasn’t sure if I actually had a toothache or not. By Saturday night, I had taken off all my fashionable designed nails due to pain. I may have possibly snapped on everyone within 5ft of my presence and even threatened to fight anyone else who talked to me. That’s how bad the pain was. By 3am Sunday morning, I start googling dentist that were open on the weekends because last I heard, toothaches are not only Monday thru Friday. Anaheim Dental popped up as a sponsored ad and normally I would have super scrolled past, but I am glad that I didn’t. I start reading the reviews and looking at the pictures listed. I will say, the people that are complaining have no valid reasons to complain. This place is a hidden gem. A piece of heaven on earth if you ask me. I scheduled my appt for 10am and was out by 2:30p. This included my onboarding, X-rays, consultation and extractions. I skipped out that office with two less teeth, my bag of gauze and a numb face, with pure joy. The receptionist (I wish I knew her name but she has braces) is so friendly, professional and welcoming. The gentleman who took my X-rays (I don’t remember his name either) was just as nice and the dentist (now you know at this point I can’t remember their names. I had a toothache) was the most amazing dentist ever. I live 30+ miles away but will be going here from now on. Anyone who says less about their services is simply lying or the problem. Yes, they are remodeling but if the decor is the reason to take pictures or write a review, your mama does not have any edges and you’re miserable. I hope this helps you all when looking for a good dentist. Oh! And the food place across the street is heaven! Ok bye!By A. Very pleased with the service and care from 7 Day Dental. I needed same day, emergency visit and they scheduled me straight away. The Ladies at the front were very freindly, polite and professional. The Woman who took my X-rays was an absolute pleasure and made me feel very comfortable. The wait was minimal, very pleased. Dr. Bryan is great, he explained each step of the treatment plan, my immediate needs were addresed and look forward to follow up visit. Highly recommended for emergency dental, quick service and long term dental care.
Such an amazing staff. I came in with so much pain and the staff was very aware of that. Every step they took they made sure i was comfortable and aware of the process. I loved my experience this time. Everyone who helped me was patient and very knowledgeable. They really took care of me. I felt that so deeply. My doctor and staff who i wish I could thank by name where all great and went above and beyond. All had amazing bedside hospitality and care. Especially my dental assistant that was there for the majority of my procedures. Loved him. Never had a better experience than today. Recommending this office when asked!!
