    From great results/relaxing facials, laser hair removal that was painless and effective; with estheticians Mei and Stephanie, to beautiful long lasting lashes with Ashley, stunning Botox treatments with Dr. Nicole Nadel, and the incredible assistance of Abbey- I am beyond impressed.
    Not only do I love coming here to see the whole incredibly talented Totality Team of Queens, but my results haven been beyond astonishing.

  3. Lovely experience from entering the building to paying at the front desk. Everyone on staff is professional and accommodating. Maureen was fantastic and patient and the injections were painless and effective! I will be back soon. Love the convenience of the downtown location as well. Super convenient and a peaceful retreat to step into of the hustle and bustle of downtown Charleston. Highly recommend!!

    Absolutely the best experience at Koniver. The staff is so welcoming and the treatment results are amazing. I have been dealing with so many skin issues over the past 6 months and the team at Koniver guided me through the process with treatments that have lasting results. I feel so much more confident leaving the house and know they will always be available for any questions/ follow ups needed. Also loving the skincare products they carry. They leave my skin glowing and my pores never feel clogged. Highly recommend!!

    I have had the pleasure of knowing Jen Garrett for many years. She is a MASTER at one of my favorite, most bang for your $$$, lasers – Clear and Brilliant. Most recently she did the 1st version (for hyperpigment). It was so effective I just went back for my 2nd and we chose the new version (which goes deeper) of the same laser. I’m only 48 hours out and friends and clients are telling me how amazing my skin looks. Crazy! I love this laser and so appreciate Jen’s knowledge and thorough attention to my skin. She is really the bomb! And funny as hell so it’s fun and the time flies by!

    What a wonderful experience! Can you even say that when you’re getting stuck by needles? Well, you can with Koniver Aesthetics. I was worried about pain and bruising but after 2 hours of needles in 4 different treatment areas, I had neither! It was truly remarkable!! In my experience with other places, I always had a terrible time with bruising that could last for weeks. So I thought it was me. But my clinician, Abby is a master, and was so careful and conscientious with me….. I had no bruising!! I couldn’t believe it….I was fully expecting to be covered in bruises like usual. The difference was incredible and I believe that is all due to the care, attention and expertise of Abby. During the treatments, I didn’t feel anything!! Abby kept checking with me throughout the procedure to see how I was doing and every time I was pain free and doing great! And finally, (although I’ll need to wait 6 to 8 weeks for the full benefits to be revealed), I am already more than thrilled with the results that I’m seeing! Abby is like the other teammates at Koniver who I have gotten to know. They are experienced, knowledgeable, trained in the latest procedures and techniques, caring, smiling, and positive!!     Okay – I’m just going to start off by saying this review is a long time overdue..I’ve been going to Koniver since they were “Coastal Skin Solutions”, probably around 2.5 years and I have never had a bad experience. Truly anything you get done with them is the best treat. I always leave feeling the best I’ve ever felt and it gets better each time I go! If you’re looking for laser hair removal or a diamond glow facial (my absolute fav) I would highly recommend Maddy or Jenn; they are both the sweetest souls and make you feel like you’re best girlfriends. I’ve gotten a lip flip with both Brooke and Abby and they are always super nice and make my lippies look like a million dollars. I cannot rave enough about Koniver and they will always have me as a client. Absolutely l o v e!

I made sure to follow her to AesthetiSpa from her previous office and I will even be planning my appointments to see her within my flights back into Charleston now that I have moved away. She takes time to listen to your requests, give her own expert feedback, and even somehow makes the experience of needles in your face relaxing. I am usually very nervous with injections and you have to be careful who you trust with these procedures. She is the absolute best!

    I have been a client at Aesthetispa for many years. I routinely see Jennifer or Dr. Cone – they are both the BEST!!! The girls at the front desk are always friendly and very welcoming and I have referred so many people there that are just as happy with their services as I am!!     My experience is always pleasant every time I go. I am always greeted as soon as I enter and also asked if I would like a beverage. Super customer service!! The office space is always clean and tastefully decorated for each holiday. They offer several promos throughout the year for just about any service offered. I’m always excited about my birthday gift certificate each year! I drive about 45 minutes for my appointments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The drive for me is worth the excellent professionalism and caring customer service!

    I don’t go here as often as I would like to but every time I go it’s five star hospitality. The front staff is always welcoming and helpful answering many questions about procedures and products. Then my technician Lisa is ALWAYS able to spend more time with me than even a regular “doctor” checking in on my inside well-being as much as my outside.
