  1. Capital City Sports is what Salem needed! This place has top notch instructors, clean, and very welcoming. Our boys have been taking lessons from all of their instructors and I am proud to see their progression as baseball players. You can’t beat the caliber of instructors here, professionals through and through. This is like our second home and feel so blessed to have a safe place where our boys can learn. Jerry is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet! Proud to have him, Ricky, and Sam as mentors to our boys!

  2. This place is amazing. They offer various services. It is well worth the cost to attend each week. The batting coach we see is absolutely amazing! The level of detail and care the staff has is absolutely wonderful! The improvement we have seen since starting has been absolutely amazing! We love this establishment. This place is in a warehouse, due to the services it offers, so it is not easily noticed from traffic. They do have signs at the entrance directing you, but there are other business within the same complex. I use Google Maps when navigating me, and it led me directly there.

  3. We love this place, it is the place to go to get top notch professional help developing your child’s softball or baseball techniques. Ricky is phenomenal and has helped our daughter develop the perfect batting form for her, it’s not a one size fits all approach, he assesses, tailors and helps the child build the swing that is right for them. Her confidence has improved greatly too learning the proper skills, with every lesson he fine tunes and reinforces it. We are so lucky to have him here in Salem. Jerry is a gem too, call him up and tell him what skills you’re needing to build and he will point you in the direction of who can help you best.

  4. Jerry runs a clean and well maintained facility. My son took pitching lessons from Jerry, he helped him with his form to the point that he could pitch a complete game with very mild soreness. My daughter’s team rented practice time. My daughter took hitting lessons there as well.

  5. The worst place possible!!!!! I was forced by the owner to pay for a full year even though I never signed a contract. I sent an email explaining that I never completed the contract because I could not commit to a full year. I noticed a couple months later that a $60 subscription fee from this company was coming out of my account. I reached out and was told that I signed up for a year and there was nothing that he could do to help. I asked him to show me the contract I filled out and all I got was a half filled out contract without my signature. He offered one month credit only and forced me to continue the subscription. I am no happy with the way I was treated as a customer. I will let everyone in my baseball community on the way I was treated by Capitol City Sports.

    The Best there is! Bring your child in for the best workout and lessons in the state, your child will start seeing results right away! Your money will not go to waste, you wont find a coach more dedicated than Alex! She is awesome!

    Beautiful facility!!! Batting cages for softball AND baseball! Private lessons available as well as virtual softball. You can also reserve the facility for parties upon request. Not alot around salem area like this!

    This place is awesome. I took my wife here for an “out of left field” kind of date night, and she loved it! I haven’t seen her have so much fun since we went axe throwing, and the best part was that we had the place to ourselves. They have everything you need to go smack some balls around, and the host is extremely friendly and welcoming. I expect to return again for more late night batting practice with the wife, and some mid day practices with my son.
