  2. Petco has the best selection of dog clothing. They also have a wide selection of food, toys and necessities. We were pleased with the store and the ease of check-out. The staff are friendly too!

  3. I visit Petco once a week for my cat’s food. Everyone seems very pleasant and i feel welcomed. When i need help in finding something my kitty needs someone is always willing to help. If the store is closing soon and i walk im told dont worry you have time. Brings my heart beats down. Lord knows i have stress at home enough.

  4. Worst experience
    This was my first experience getting vaccinations and after waiting over 20 minutes, the check in lady was rude to every single person she was so nasty! She told me my car could not get his 3 year rabies that they don’t do that. I said fine I’ll get one year but what is the time frame for him to get it next year. She said the exact same day. I said you won’t be open that day as it won’t be on a Sunday. So how many days ahead can I bring him. She said none. She took me back and bad talked me to the vaccination staff. I said excuse me none of that is true. I just want to know within what time frame he needs to come back. She then said excuse me I’m not talking to you. Once she went back to her post and my cat had his shots I asked him the same question and he answered me. I asked so in 1 year correct. He said no, 3 years. The checkin lady HAD NO IDEA WHAT SHE TOLD ME AND WAS INCORRECT then was rude to me! NEVER AGAIN! I was also told over the phone when the appointment was made that they listen to their heart and lungs when they get the vaccines. That was not done so I asked them to, and they said that my cats heart sounded good and I said how was his lungs cause he’s been breathing heavily they said he probably is prediabetic. They didn’t examine him or anything, and was diagnosing him. On top of that because the way the animals in the carrier his pounds were way more on his sheets than what he actually wants. This is a horrible place to go.

    Really nice place. I’ve adopted animals from here before. My hamster is going on 2 years soon, as of this post, and is still very healthy with no issues. I expect he’ll pass soon sense hamsters don’t live long, but I’ll just adopt another animal from them. Relatively positive experience. They aloways have really neat and innovative pet products.

    The moment she read the notes that my dog gets anxious she started saying things like “idk what he will let me do” … Do it was no surprise when we Didnt make it 5 mins away from the store when she called saying he is too stressed.” I get my dog groomed every month and petsmart is the only place that is rough with him and acts this way. Im never using this company again. Never a good experience no matter the location. Cant wait till this company goes out of business.

    Everyone was so nice! Maleya did a beautiful job on my dog Olive. Olive is a very nervous dog and Maleya was great in making her feel comfortable.

    My dog ended up at their facility, they lied about her being there. When I saw my dog on the website it was nothing but lies on the whereabouts of her and what happened to her. I tried adopting my dog and they “banned” me for no reason. When I tried finding out why I was told I would have to talk to the boss who I will never reach because they were “ always on the road”. It’s almost as if they wanted my dog. Then my dog randomly disappears off the website and they never made a post of her getting adopted like the other pets. Really disappointing… see? Lies

    I have adopted four cats from the Dutchess SPCA over the years. They are a force for good in our community. They are fighting a losing battle, and they know it: there will always be more animals that need to be saved, and these people just keep going no matter the odds. The animals I’ve adopted from them became beloved family members, and I consider the wonderful people at the SPCA to be family as well.

    The staff are as caring as you would want them to be! Also, for the kitties, they have several large rooms with big windows and window sills for the cats to sit on and see the outdoors, also with lots of toys, beds, and other items to keep them happy and stimulated. If you go there, don’t worry when you see some of the kitties that are in 2-story cages because they rotate the kitties between the large rooms and the large cages on a regular basis so that every kitty has the same amount of time spent in the large rooms. Essentially, they take turns! 🙂 Also, it is extremely clean there, especially compared to other places like it. I was very impressed with the level of attention and care they receive and the fact that there was very little odor inside because they keep it so clean!

    They have a dogs who need a home, cats and kittens who need a home, and a few Guinea pigs who need a home. Please go on the website and fill the adoption application so you will have access to meeting the dogs in person. I’ve to wait for mine so I waited to everyone an heads up. I took pictures of a few dogs but others wouldn’t stay still but still are good dogs ❤️
