(4 months ago)Walking into pawed heaven, you can go and see the cutest dogs and cats who need loving homes. The day I went in, they had just started accepting intake due to a prior distemper issue. Not many cats to see, but many dogs who just wanted to be shown love and play. I happened to see a cat farthest away from the rest and she almost fell into my hand while I pet her. Needless to say, she was adopted and the staff was extremely welcoming despite me coming in an hour before they closed. The building and facilities seemed to be well planned. The exercise yard has many paddocks to meet your friend. The tan one is Bertie, about 2 yo, and Benny is the 12 yo special needs pup. They said they don’t take animals in that one day of the week… Also threaded to fine me $5000 if I leave them there. I have two large dog aggressive dogs which doesn’t allow me to keep her. Such a disappointment that not a single worker there could do anything to help a well trained and gorgeous dog because it was Thursday.By John Bradley (5 months ago)We got our puppy, Mack, there about 2 weeks ago. I walked into the yellow room and he was two kennels in on the front side and stole my heart. We got to walk him and play with him in one of the fenced in yards and found he loves to play fetch!! They were very helpful and knew about him as they asked if we had another dog and warned he loves his food. It was a simple and fast process and we got to take him home same day. My girls were ecstatic and so was my husband when we got him home. We went down there 3 times before settling on our new family member. Can’t say enough good things about this shelter. Very good service, people are very attentive and friendly. My kitten had an excellent surgery-recovery after the spay. I think they really have fair prices and personally, I admire the work as an association for helping so many defenseless animals in a humanitarian way. I hope many animals can continue to be treated here, and a lot cat-dog adoptions.
Have had 3 cats spayed and neutered here. 2 fem and a male. Top notch service. Great with answering all questions. Polite and friendly with the animals

I’ve had really great experiences with the spring location. I’ve had 4 cats, and 5 dogs fixed here. Great prices and never had any issues with the incision site. I will be bringing another cat and dog up here soon too. Definitely recommend at least the spring location, had issues with incision site for another dog at their old humble location. The site was super inflamed and the incision was wonky and stitched in a zigzag line. I definitely recommend the spring location at least. (Photo of my girl Faith who got fixed here)
I am so happy with the service we received with Texas Litter Control! We had already walked away from an appointment elsewhere because we weren’t comfortable with the clinic, so I admit I was nervous for my little guy. There was absolutely no need for concern choosing to come here. The staff is friendly, the before and aftercare instructions are thorough, and they will gladly let you bring your pet back in after if you have concerns about their healing.
My cat barely seemed to be in any pain, which quickly went away about a day after his neutering. He is healing very well, and is as happy and playful as ever. I highly recommend bringing your fur baby here!
Love them second time using them they did a wonderful job. Our precious fur baby got spayed an a microchip an she is doing well. A week later an back to her old self. Very good experience, good price. Was worried couldn’t afford to get it done. Then remembered these guys. Glad we did.
