3 months agoI have a monthly subscription for washes. Went to this location & during the wash I was hit repeatedly by the car behind me during the wash. My car is dented & scratched & the person behind me has damage as well. They say they’re not responsible & it’s ridiculous. How can they run a business like this? Just damage cars & say it’s your problem. Signs or not they are responsible & now because they’re not an upstanding business I’ll have to go to small claims court & it will be a huge ordeal. The police were called & they said there were no moving violations & that the car wash is certainly responsible signs or not. Not a good way to do business & be trusted.3 years agoIt was ok. Not bad.. car washed, free vacuum but vacuum wasn’t powerful enough but it was good and it’s better than nothing. I recommend those in Trenton and in Ewing who need a car wash to go here. Pricing is in the pictures that I’ve posted. You can pay in cash or use debit/credit card. Please be aware once you enter, you can’t back out since this is one way.5 months agoNice car wash, they do not recycle the water at this location, so there are fewer water spots and no stink from the water recycle pit. At other locations where the water is recycled, my car comes out smelling like sewage.6 months agoIt’s a very clean place, once you proceed forward the machines wash well on the sides the front the back of my car stays with soap, but also as a watching the soap and extra liquids I requested for the vehicle it would only do partial you would see the Gap in between the lines when it’s on the windowa year agoThis car wash went from sugar to shìt it’s not worth the money I’m here now in we stuck in the wash I promise I wasn’t coming back here when I still had soap on my car last weekend 🤦🏿

a month agoScratched the hell out of a brand new black car. Guess it’s also partially my fault not realizing you should not bring black cars to the car wash? But this should be posted somewhere. There’s micro scratches / swirls alllll over the place now.a month agoI’ve been going here on and off for years, but I’m done. A few months ago they overinflated my tires to the point I got a flat just hours later, and when I tried to call them over 10 times nobody picked up so I went over to talk to them. The manager talked to me like I was an idiot and didn’t understand pressure changes as tires get hot, and even after I told him how high the pressure was when they were cold he still tried to argue it with me. In the end he gave me another free car wash and said he’d put a $10 discount in the system for the next time. I had no intentions of going back but my wife was pressed for time and had to take her car in today. Of course when they check the system, there’s no $10 discount under either car and the worker she spoke to was very argumentative about it. This place used to have workers who were personable and cared about the work they were doing but now all they care about is volume. I’m glad I have a reputable mechanic I can take it to. Not only do I know the job will get done right, but he’s not always trying to get me to buy an $8 air filter for $30. Stay away.3 months agoI always go out of my way to come back here for oil changes – I moved out of NJ two years ago and will stop here when I’m in town! The auto care section has the best staff, I find them to be very honest and never pushy. Multiple times they’ve taught me about how to care for simple things with my vehicle and made suggestions for the longevity of my car. I never feel talked down to or taken advantage of. I always leave having learned something or just enjoyed interacting with the staff as they worked on my car. I always appreciate the attention to detail and care I receive at this location!3 months agoNever come here!!!! I come here every so often and when i had my old car, my front bumper was completely hanging afterwards. I didn’t say anything because i had an older car (2013) so i just pushed it back in and called it a day. Well today i just came here for the first time in my NEW car and the same thing happened!!! When i got to the vacuum my front bumper was on the ground!!!! Never coming here again.4 months agothis used to be my favorite car wash but wish i could give it 0 stars now! this is the SECOND time in a row a situation with the tracks has caused a car to rear end me or me slamming on my breaks to prevent hitting the car in front of me. last time the car wash was too crowded & the line of cars were so bunched up i hit the person in front and someone rear ended me. today the same thing happened, the car in front of me was NOT moving and as i got closer and closer i had no other choice then to SLAM on my breaks to prevent hitting them & the cars behind me all had to do the same thing. if you’re going to have a car wash maybe this should be something that should be prevented!

Me and my partner love the auto wash! We’ve had a membership for years and it’s so worth the money! There’s an option between self vacuuming indoors or outdoors. There’s unlimited towels for anyone to use on their vehicles. It’s always cleaned and organized. We’ve never had a bad experience!
I liked the idea of letting me dry and vacuum my own car – I’m sure it reduced (labor) costs; it also gave me the freedom to choose to spend lots of effort on spots that wouldn’t be practical for employees that are trying to just get done quickly. Great vacuum! I admire the ingenuity of coming up with an interactive screen that I pull up to, to select what kind of wash I want and then pay for it with a credit card – that also cut back on (labor) costs. I was only disappointed that they didn’t resupply my drying towels – but even that could be because I arrived at that station 5 minutes before closing! Overall a “thumbs up” – I intend to come back.
Great car wash. I have never seen so many different cleaning machines. They also have an optional additional waxing section. They also provide in car services for a reasonable price. Their monthly club allows you limitless car washes.
I used to like this place a lot but the service has gone downhill. For some reason, the last couple of times I have gone in, all of the machinery for cleaning (and waxing) the top of the car has been disabled, so the hood and sides look good but the roof is still visibly dirty. I honestly don’t know why they did this.
Front license plate came off during wash. I did not notice for a day or 2. Stopped in, and they had. Hentleman behind the counter was very helpful with finding screws to put on.
And the car looked good too.
