in the last weekEvery time I come to this car wash the workers are ALWAYS revving my engine up as high as they can. There’s times when I have to enable valet mode so that they don’t damage anything. Today was the final day that I allowed this to happen. Every time they do this to my car they start laughing as if it’s an inside joke. I went to the owner (he will respond below and you’ll see how terrible he is), and he said that they rev the engine to make sure that it’s still in neutral while going thru the wash. I understand that but you don’t need to reach 3-5k rpm to achieve that goal. My concern was at the end of the wash why are you revving my engine at all? All you need to do is put it in drive and coast. In the video you’ll hear him rev it up and begin to laugh with the rest of them. After speaking with the owner he said, “if you don’t like people driving your car you can go somewhere else.” As a business owner I would never speak to any customer in this fashion. I can tell that he’s from the “good old boys” club and doesn’t like when certain people complain. They didn’t rev up the engines before or after mine. To get my super charger to engage in neutral you need to rev it beyond 5k rpm. I assumed that as a Customer he would just say something to the affect of sorry man I’ll speak to my guys about this so that it doesn’t happen anymore. Nonetheless, I canceled my membership and will do like he said and go somewhere else.a month agoI like how they leave the car on the outside even though the vacuum cleaner is not good inside2 months agoMy suggestion don’t go here, I am contacting better business bureau regarding their Ethics starting from the owner Tracy who I just hung up with. Do Not Pay 4 the job until you look @ your car up /down & inside/outothe owner says “we get a lot of people who call and get their service re-done, what do you want” my reply, I’m not asking for the $ back but it w as the attitude but after speaking to you, I see it start at the head”. 5 years agoLove it here! Priced right in and out quick. The staff is always friendly. The bathroom is clean. I bought a package so I pay a monthly price and I can come as often as I want. Best value by far. It’s a season pass to a clean car!

2 months agoNormally, the service is decent and good service here but there is a obvious problem with their equipment. In recent months I’ve noticed the lack of soap and water used on each car. It’s barly enough to clean and rise the car. Pay attention! I went there recently and my mats were still dirty becaue there is no soap and water to properly clean them and my car was not as clean as it has been in the past. Fix the equipment and/or discount the prices you’re charging. I plan to cancel my monthy service because it’s not worth the time or price anymore.4 months agoCheapest car wash in the area.
And the best quality car wash. Everyone else is twice the price and horrible quality. I absolutely only come here now to wash my cars. If you have an expensive vehicle with a sensitive paint job than obviously it’s not a good idea you should wash it at home. Because ANY car wash won’t be a good idea.9 months agoCar got scratched by the machine somehow, tried talking to management and got shrugged off after multiple attempts at conversation. Have to file a police report just to have proof of incident for my insurance company.3 months agoMy car came out of the drive through with the back window down and the inside soaking wet. I approached an employee about it and he took me to another guy who came, looked at the car with water on the seat and walked away, even though I asked him to please dry it up before it soaks into the seat.
I approached about 3 more employees and they all ignored the inside of the car, leaving the water to completely soak into the seat.
My car was left with water on the seat for about 20 minutes before somebody finally decided to dry dry the inside, after I started raising my voice.
All they needed to do was dry the seat right away but now I’m probably faced with a situation where my entire seat is soaked.7 months agoHorrible! Horrible, Horrible! Will never visit this car wash again!! Not only does my car look dirty still after coming out of there they did a horrible job vacuuming horrible job cleaning the windows be I’m assuming manager, had to actually tell the people the areas that they missed that they needed to clean oh, but the main concern is that the car is still as dirty as it was when it went in there! Not only that I had a coupon for a free car wash that they wouldn’t even honor. Why even have the coupons on a site if you can’t even use it so $16 spent for pretty much nothing because I have to pretty much do everything all over again!

It was ok. Not bad.. car washed, free vacuum but vacuum wasn’t powerful enough but it was good and it’s better than nothing. I recommend those in Trenton and in Ewing who need a car wash to go here. Pricing is in the pictures that I’ve posted. You can pay in cash or use debit/credit card. Please be aware once you enter, you can’t back out since this is one way.
First time using this car wash and I was very pleased with the way my car looked after the wash.. Also the vacuums are the most powerful I’ve ever experienced, picked up everything. Definitely going to be my new car wash
These guys complain the whole time they are working on your car. They dont like their jobs, and i dont trust this business. Who knows what they are doing to your car while they are complaining. If u dont like ur job, quit and get a new job. Byeeee.
Nice car wash, they do not recycle the water at this location, so there are fewer water spots and no stink from the water recycle pit. At other locations where the water is recycled, my car comes out smelling like sewage.
I have a monthly subscription for washes. Went to this location & during the wash I was hit repeatedly by the car behind me during the wash. My car is dented & scratched & the person behind me has damage as well. They say they’re not responsible & it’s ridiculous. How can they run a business like this? Just damage cars & say it’s your problem. Signs or not they are responsible & now because they’re not an upstanding business I’ll have to go to small claims court & it will be a huge ordeal.
The police were called & they said there were no moving violations & that the car wash is certainly responsible signs or not.
Not a good way to do business & be trusted.
