Dr Zaida explanation is very detailed and also easy to understand (layman term) and also +++ give extra advice for me to incorporate on my daily. Thank you!

  2. We’ve booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance & a day before the appointment, this clinic called to reschedule to today’s afternoon. We agreed. But when we were there, we waited for an hour only to be told by the doctor that he can’t perform the procedure. He even told us to come back on Sunday so that another doctor can attend to us. Why didn’t the registration staff inform us about this at the first place? Do you even cross checked with your doctors on those booked appointments/procedures? Wasted our time & effort. Worst service by a clinic ever.

  3. the doctors are good. the medication/treatment normally works well.
    However, the speed of service, especially on dispensary needs lots of improvement. taking too long to get medicines.

    Strongly recommend this clinic! 👍 The lighting of the clinic environment provide me a comfortable ambience along with calming music. It truly help me a lot to relax and relieve my tense emotion. The attitude of the staffs are nice and keep smiling to me. They will keep chitchat with me passionately as their own friends to make me calm when I’m in the treatment room. The doctor is professional and friendly too.

    Saw on google good reviews and thought maybe I could give it try. Who knows the service so great. The friendly staff and a professional doctor. Since my left ear keep leaking greenish pus, they helped me to flush them out and I felt relieved. Definitely recommended to my friends in case they want to clean their ears too. Was told that the price range started from RM 80 to RM 300. Still can be afforded by us students.

    Went to this clinic to do ear cleaning for both sides & I’m super duper satisfied with the service given 😃♥️ Dr. Ben & Nurse Alema did a great job 👏🏼 all other staff are very friendly as well & made sure that patient is well cared & satisfied. Thank you!!!! Will definitely go to this clinic again, in case of anything.

    Had food poisoning, vomiting all the time. Staffs are so friendly and most importantly, very warm. Feeling so sick, the staffs/nurses actually took their responsibility over the level. It made you feel like home when you are sick. The doctor does not speak much but is professional.thank you!
