  3. I have been for three treatments and every time I have felt so comfortable and taken care of. From the moment you walk in, the treatment and scheduling has all been fantastic. I would highly recommend their nurse Bree, she is so friendly, checks in with you and gets it done fast!! I would recommend Milan to anyone looking for laser services!

  4. I’ve been going to this location for full-body treatments for about 7 months now, and the experience has been great at every level. The treatments are effective and the staff does a wonderful job at administering them. As a transgender woman, I had a lot of social anxiety about seeking out laser hair removal, but the everyone at Milan has put me at ease every step of the way. Every single person on the staff (receptionists, nurses, managers) has been so friendly, affirming, and empathetic towards me, so I highly recommend anyone suffering similar anxiety to go ahead and make the plunge. It is SO worth it!

    As a practical example, I used to be able to grow a beard, and my leg hair was thick enough to braid. Now, I can go for weeks without shaving and not see facial/body hair. It’s a huge confidence boost!

  5. Milan is amazing! I’ve been getting treatments here every 5 weeks for a year. Every person I’ve spoken to here has been kind and knowledgeable. The nurses are highly skilled and communicative. I couldn’t be happier with the results so far. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

    Fantastic. Alexis took her time to understand exactly what I wanted, and calmed my nerves about the procedure. She has an extremely collaborative approach and changed a few things from my original consult in a very positive way.She also showed me what I looked like before and after every step. And the results were magic. I look 5 years younger and feel terrific. For massages and facials, Griffy and Avery are the best!

    I got my eyebrows microbladed by Tanya and I have never felt and looked better! She is amazing at making your eyebrows look natural and absolutely gorgeous, and she is unbelievably kind and accommodating! I haven’t had to wear any makeup since, I love that I get up in the morning and feel naturally beautiful with my eyebrows done by Tanya. Additionally, I bought some silver soothe from Xanadu for scaring and other small irritations as I have sensitive skin. I’ve never seen scarring and skin irritation from things such as pimples and small scrapes go away so fast! AMAZING! would 10/10 recommend Xanadu for any service and all of their skincare remedies.

    I have been putting a lot of thought into this review. And I’ve decided to be fair to myself and write it. I first went here to receive small amounts of Botox that I’ve been getting for years for acne. I started this back when I live in Texas and finally found somewhere local to get it done. I was appointed to Melanie for this treatment, she was extremely unprofessional and spoke poorly of MY place of employment, took a personal call during my consultation and was short and rude to me. I chalked it off to perhaps she was having a bad day. Anyway, came back in November for micro infusion. Was seen by Melanie again who seemed less than thrilled to see me again, she was kind to everyone in the waiting lounge but did not give me a similar greeting. I know I don’t look like the “typical” client but if I’m here to drop a few hundred dollars, could you at least pretend to be happy I’m doing it there. She was short and rude exactly like the first time. I was also told this micro infusion would make my face look like glass. It made my skin completely break out for DAYS and it turned my face from dull to dull and dry. So I essentially paid $325 for a woman to make me feel awful about myself and then suffer over a week of terrible break outs. I’m so disappointed in myself for not speaking to a manager that day.

    Melanie reviewed thorough blood panel results to determine a proper dosage of hormone replacement which was inserted as a pellet in my back. Her response to my questions post- procedure was professional and timely. I am very pleased with results and quality of service. I will continue this therapy through Xanadu and possibly explore other offered services in the future.

    I was nervous about switching from waxing to laser hair removal but after talking to Meredith by phone I decided to give it a try. Wow! I’m glad I did! This business is super clean, cute and comfy. The ladies at reception were super sweet and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Jody was AMAZING and the procedure was much much less painful and not uncomfortable at all, as I had imagined. I can’t believe I waited so long to try laser and I am confident that I chose the perfect place to have the procedure done. Top notch! I am still smiling over an experience that I once dreaded. I can’t recommend Harmony Skin and Wellness enough. If you’re tired of waxing and/or shaving, give them a try. Great prices and wonderful staff. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.     I went to the Harmony Skin & Wellness Center to get laser hair removal for my armpits in 2021. I was told I would go 7 times over a few months then 2-4 times a year for maintenance and to maintain hairless armpits. I went for my 7 treatments as they recommended and got my armpits lasered. I got 1 touch up appointments while in the maintenance time, after 3 months, the hair in my armpits had completely grown back. I was shocked. Now in 2023, my hair is still fully grown back like I never got laser hair removal treatment. I called to talk about it but the person that does laser removals was busy. She called me back leaving a voicemail saying I should come back in to get more laser appointments, but that didn’t make sense for me to pay for more laser appointments when they weren’t working. The women that work at Harmony Skin & Wellness are very kind. But the laser hair didn’t work on me. I am white, Western European descent with brown hair. So if you want to get laser hair removal, just be aware you may pay $1,000 and all your hair will grow back.

I have followed her post instructions to the letter, and I am so pleased. She is so knowledgeable about the treatment and products she recommends for optimal outcome.

    I went here for a consultation for threading and she really took the time to go over all of questions. She was very kind, patient and honest. I trust that they would never rip me off so that’s great. and they were understanding even tho i was late and on the phone when I showed up. I plan to return here for a thread nose lift and filler after my upcoming MMO surgery. I’m hoping the threads will save me from having to have a rhinoplasty. See you soon!:)
