1. I shop here all the time and it has gradually gotten worse and worse over the past couple of a years. The selection is limited, the employees are rude, And the fitting rooms are unavailable for customers to use during random intervals throughout business hours. I literally came in at 8:58 p.m. one night and they watch me gather up all the set the avast planning on trying on and then I was told at 9:23 that the fitting rooms were closed And I was unable to try on anything. So needless to say it customer Service here is practically non existent. I’ve never been so quickly dismissed by employees for making a reasonable inquiry into why I could not try on my clothes, since they were open for another hour and a half. I mean they could have at least told me when they saw me come in, One of the guys actually Suggested it was my fault because I didn’t ask when I came into the store. I’m sorry but I just assumed that when you come into a clothing store that the dressing rooms are open unless otherwise posted somewhere.

2. I had came in the store on January 17th 2023 and purchased two items because the fitting room was closed. I asked the cashier about the return policy so I could go home and try them on instead. I return to the store on January 19th 2023 in the morning to make the return as they did not fit me correctly. I was told all I needed was the receipt and return within the 30 days. Knowing myself I made sure I had that and the two tags I had with both items I bought even though they were not attached (second guessed myself if I wanted to keep them anyway) but then decided I was better off returning and not settling. I was told by a man and a woman (don’t know names) that the clothes looked worn before even looking up the items. I preceded to explain the fitting room situation but was in two days ago as the receipt stated. Then they said the tags did not match the clothing items? When both tags matched and matched the receipt. I’ve never had this issue at Ross or any store for that matter. But it was absolutely embarrassing to make out I was a liar or if I was returning worn out clothes. I was given attitude by both employees who also refused me a refund. They said tags didn’t match and they had no proof even though they could play back the cameras even if they wanted to. I went to a different Ross to try because this was definitely not great customer service or fair on my end when I did everything correctly. The other store did a refund no issue AT ALL and even stated they did not even need the tags just the receipt. If you want to be taken care of as a customer I would not shop at this store. Not to mention security was standing nearby and laughed once I refused to believe this was happening as if these days 30 dollars is a lot that I would like back in my pocket if I wasn’t happy with my purchase. Just a young adult trying to make sure ends meet just like everyone else. Absolutely sad and pathetic. These two employees should be ashamed of themselves.

3. This Ross has a surprisingly decent selection (surprising because most stores in Little Rock are disappointing). I came in randomly looking for a welcome mat and their shelves were full of home decor and furniture. Prices seemed reasonable.

4. I haven’t been to a Ross in the longest time but coming to this location was great! Every team member was so kind and helpful. I enjoyed my shopping here so much! a little too much lol

5. My wife likes to shop here and always seems to find clothing and home goods that she feels is a bargain. I usually wait in the car so I do wish there was a bar in the same lot but sadly there’s not. Department stores should give more consideration for the husbands.
