  1. They really take great care of my baby Cash Money. If you’re wondering if you should take your pet there, do it. Samantha, the new guy Billy, and others take great care of my baby. I posted before and after pictures. Thanks you guys. 🐶💙

  2. I am leaving this review after witnessing an absolutely disgusting act by your corporation yesterday. It has taken me a full day to even be able to write this it was so upsetting. While shopping I saw live animals being carted into the store in sealed boxes without any air holes. How do these animals breathe? Animals with very sensitive respiratory systems are shipped in sealed air tight containers. This is egregious!!! I then went to the “tanks” you hold these poor animals in and immediately noticed one of the 2 guinea pigs there had 2 crusty eyes which is a classic symptom of a URI. I informed an employee and they removed the male pig but only after chasing the poor creature around it’s cage for several minutes. The woman clearly had no clue what she was doing but I was thankful he was removed. The other male pig was in a tiny enclosure barely 1ft x 1 ft which is disgustingly small for these animals. A single pig needs at least a 3ft x 2ft enclosure with at least 3 open sides. You are not providing them adequate air flow even after arriving at your store. You are making you patrons incredibly uncomfortable with your displays of gross negligence within your stores. If you cannot provide the bare minimum for these animals you do not need to sell them. This is not a one time occurrence. This is a nationwide problem because of your corporations corrupt policies. This must be stopped!

  3. Meet Leo! I picked this little guy up and his habitat at Petsmart Saturday. The person who helped me was very kind, energetic, and professional. I didn’t officially ask their name but they signed Leo’s discharge paperwork as Winchester. Leo is a male Leopard Gecko. He loves his worms and sneaks them out of his bowl when I leave the room. I’m still adding onto his habitat. Not done by any means.

  4. I usually do curbside here to pick up my dog’s food since it’s convenient, but the curbside times vary. Sometimes it’s ready when it says it will be, but my last few orders have taken twice as long as the stated time for one bag of food.

  5. This store is always clean and the people are friendly. I love when they have a big sale going on. I stock up on toys and supplies to last for a while.

They have a wide selection of beautiful bettas and also the aquarium section is awesome. They usually get some pretty cool fish. If you ever need anything, ask for Diego. Here’s a really hard worker and takes really good care of his areas and he knows his fish

Very easily found what I needed, the only reason that it gets 4 stars instead of 5 stars is due to the really small selection of all different types of items. However the service was really good, the lady that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable, she helped me make a decision that I was having trouble making and the way she laid it out….it helped it make more sense to me and I was able to make a more informed decision due to her opinion and experience.

Kadie is a really good grooming manager. She took care of Blizzie and takes initiative to make things always right. Ryan is great with dogs and they do a great job with grooming.

Wonderful staff and plenty of pet supplies, pets and many other selections of items you need as well as cleanliness. Pricing is a little more reasonable than other pet stores with discount percentages for being a member for free! Absolutely loved it!

We come to this location often for various reasons but this is all too common at this location. The guinea pigs hardly ever have hay which is 80-85% of their diet. Most times when we stop by we have to ask the employees to feed them. Their cage is incredibly small so much that they have to climb over their hide to get around it. The water bottles are hung so low the guinea pigs have to drink in awkward positions which is very bad for their hard curved spines. The bottom of the cage is a metal grid and there isn’t enough bedding to keep the floor covered. This can cause bubblefoot which is a very painful condition. Then there is the issue with your housing these animals in aquariums with very little air flow. Guinea pigs have incredibly sensitive respiratory systems and they are prone to URIs. I have witnessed numerous sick animals in your stores over the years. This is why! I employ your company to either do their research and provide the bare minimum requirements for these animals or stop selling them altogether! No guinea pig should be kept in anything smaller than a 4’x2′ cage with at least 3 open sides for proper air ventilation(not forced wind through tiny holes) and that is just the size for 2 guinea pigs. I have my 7 in 33sqft. None of the cages you sell are appropriate and about half of your products are dangerous.

The best Shelter I’ve ever been to visually. It was beautiful and clean. The staff, especially the receptionist, and Taylor were exceptional. They answered every question, and I thought they were knowledgeable about the animals. They seemed to care about the animals and making sure you were happy. Taylor went above and beyond to meet my every request so I would have a successful match. The negatives: It was too easy to adopt. No vet or other referrals were asked for. I was also told that the dog I chose just had “a little cold”, and it was likely not contagious when I noticed her coughing and congestion. She was given shots and spayed before I could bring her home and I was assured the vet would treat her “cold”. When I arrived to take her home the dog was in worse shape and I was told that with a “cold” that was normal after the anesthesia for the spaying, so I took her home. Long story short, my beautiful, sweet girl had pneumonia. She was not treated at the shelter for this as I was promised, nor the kennel cough that likely started it. She was contagious and spread the illness. She was under weight from her time on the street and combined with the surgery, shots and pneumonia my vet said she should not have ever had all that done to her in that condition. After a couple of weeks in and out of the hospital, she had to be put to sleep as the pneumonia was resistant to everything and even created a leak in her lung. I was heartbroken for this young dog who was adopted, but not “saved” by the shelter. It could have, and should have, been avoided.

Too say the people behind the desk are evil hearted is an understatement. They were not only rude but cruel, I came in with newborn kittens I found, already at high risk due to being so young, and the lady told me they would kill them. She also was cutting me off as I tried to explain the situation and even suggested to me I put them back in the dumpster where I found them. Do not go here for any purposes as they are a kill shelter with a high euthination rate it sounds like. They offered no help what-so-ever and this lady actually looked at these two newborns like they were pests. Disgusting behavior.

Very considerate and helpful. I had a recent fire in my home and they provided me free of charge a large folding cage to transport my pets to the hotel. The staff was kind and very accommodating. Thanks everyone especially Simone… She took my initial call, she was understanding and easy to talk to….very very helpful.

I have respect for the work that is done at this shelter. I got my dog penny there and have been so happy with her. Thank you for your care! Having been to other shelters I think this place is top notch.

Received a nice pup from this place. One of the employees helped out greatly and ensured the dog was checked well as well as other concerns health wise when brought up to him. He had a passion for these animals. I wish I had time to help them out with the animals because it’s a lot of work and needs more employees and volunteers to get this place to a real nice facility everyone deserves a nice home.
