  1. I am so impressed and have nothing but kind words for this business and the workers who run it. They were so kind and helpful. I asked for a bunch of things and I never know the name of things, they figured it out, gathered it and left it up front waiting for me. I was able to finish my project after work and they made sure I had all I needed including that tool to open the pint of paint. Thank you kind people and esp the woman who cut my wood and found everything just perfect for me.

  4. Walked around for 30 minutes looking for a part for my dryer. NOT one person asked me if I needed help. I eventually found the part, copied the item number, and left the store without buying it.

    Store is easy to navigate, but if you ask for help from people at register, it’s like asking for their first born! They are not too friendly. I know everyone has bad days but what happened to hello when you walk in and thank you when you purchase something? Maybe I’m old fashioned

    This is a generous 2-star, because in the past, we didn’t have any issues. The problem incident happened earlier in the year. 2 70+ year old men ordered a Uhaul, when we had snow. On arrival, the uhaul was buried in snow, and the lot around it as well. At first, it was kind of left to us to unbury the Uhaul, which is a bit ridiculous, since we didn’t bring shovels with us. Then they sent an employee out to do it, and he got mad, had a temper tantrum, and literally threw the shovel across the parking lot. It was insane, and embarrassing. We went back, got our money back, and went to another place that wasn’t too far away. We haven’t been back since.

    Great staff very helpful, lots to choose from I purchase a Toro leaf blower and Vacuum to do my lawn with. Prices are about the same as most places.

    My sister and I went to get a christmas tree around 6 last night and it was pitch black outside where the trees were I went inside and asked if they could turn on the light and the young man at the register called someone and then told us we were out of luck no lights outside ? Who sells trees and has no light to look at them? We left and purchased our tree where there were lights ! So ridiculous and so rude to send customers away in that manner !!!!
