I was concerned about leaving my car in the parking lot given the number of people just hanging around outside the store. When I came out of the store, I saw a drug deal happening right next to my car. Would recommend avoiding this store & driving to another one in Syracuse. Erie Boulevard one is much better.By Steph Zemba (a year ago)The staff at this store are polite, hard working and know where everything is. They are always working. I would have given a four, but due to no fault of the store there is almost always somebody causing trouble in the store. I would not want my daughter to shop in this store alone, or at all. A guy walked away with a handful of stuff and just let him walk out. They don’t even call the police because it seems as though it is more trouble then just ignoring it. Big store, lots of inventory and most stores can’t say that. A lot of things for the home, like they said you just need to look for them. But also like most stores, they needed more people on the register and not talking in the office. The girl on the floor called for help a few times and no one came to help her or the many customer’s in the long line.
Empty shelves. Employees standing around, yelling at each other over the phone. The cashier dropped multiple F bombs, while with my son. Who looked at me and said ” does that person work here”. For the area it’s everything you would expect. Only stooped because I was in a pinch for one thing, and they didn’t have it anyway. Never again. I imagine the location is the only thing that keeps this place open, certainly not because of the customer service.
Long lines but without a doubt the coolest building I’ve ever seen a Dollar Tree located in! It looks like something from the set of a Hollywood movie lol. The selection was huge. Cashier was overworked but still incredibly friendly and very professional.
Great selection. this store does a lot of volume. It needs to have more than 1 cashier between 11am-1pm m-f. Lines down the aisle and multiple stockers on the floor not supporting the registers during busy times.
Have not visited this location in over a year. Wow, was I impressed with the changes and the fullness of all the upcoming events. You can everything for the summer decor, graduation and your Red, white and blue decorations. And of course Mother’s Day.
